I wish I could have actually tried the bulb
I have purchased this bulb from Amazon and it would not fire so it was replaced with a replacement bulb and the second would also not fire, not sure why they have so many dead/damaged bulbs sitting around, I attempted with 4 different ballasts, it would not fire on any.

Wish I could get one that worked *update* BULBS WORK GREAT
I should have opened it right away. Bulb was broke when I pulled it out of the box. It looked like someone hooked it up to 1000w instead of a 600w. This was the first of two. I ordered another from another source and it looked the same way when I received it.I would really like to see this bulb because I love my old 1k!!!!!! Update !!!!! Bulbs are amazing it was a bad ballast..... They may not look pretty out of box but the spectrum is great plants absolutely love it. The Bulbs work! My apologies for initial bad review.

Great Lights!
Great bulb. I've had a 1000 and 600. No problems. I've tried a lot of bulbs,for me these work best.This is a case of,You get what you pay for!

I really want to use this light but both ive ordered have been broken... postponing the light i want by weeks, now i want to order another asap to not wait extra but the price is hiked up!! From my buying 2 in under a week? so dumb. now i have to wait for mine to get returned
