Best acne patch I’ve used so far. If you have a habit of picking at ur pimples don’t do it no matter how angry it is. This is the best process for the patch to work (for me at least). Wash ur face thoroughly (I use panoxyl face wash) and apply a toner (I use 100% rose water). When the skin is too dry the patches aren’t as effective. Apply the patches after the toner. Then gently apply little bit of moisturizer and gently pat down ur face (to avoid rubbing the patches off). I found this to be the best way to draw the gunk out. Bigger/angrier pimples will require multiple treatments. There are days I swap the patches 2-3 times. I bought a pack of 80 on sale for $13 and I went through the whole thing in one week treating few different spots. I don’t have a medical condition for severe acne. Sometimes I get little lazy with hygiene or eat greasy food for a good bit and it makes me breakout. But I do overall really care about my skin and health overall. I used to pick at my pimples all the time. But the last time really left a scar that’s took many months to fully heal. I’ve been using these patches ever since for any little breakouts and it’s been really effective (more than other brands I’ve used: neutrogena, star patches, patches from temu, just other ones I’ve ran into and have used because i have a sister that just buys lot of skin care products. I usually just use her stuff but these panoxyl patches I spend my own money on cuz I know they work.

Literally my go to pimple patch. They work sooo well. Truly the best pimple patch and I cannot live without. I would note that if your skin is sensitive to not use every night as it may dry your skin where the patch is.

These patches work great. I like that they come in two different sizes as well. They are way cheaper than the Mighty Patches and work just as well, also they come with way more patches per box. Definitely will buy again!

These are the best pimple patches hands down. I’ve used countless brands and nothing compares to these. No plasma leaks, often pulls all of the pus out, and they stay on very well!

I’ve tried a bunch of pimple patches over the years, and the PanOxyl Pimple Patches are definitely among my favorites. They’re super thin, nearly invisible once on, and they stick really well—no sliding off in the middle of the night, even if you toss and turn like I do. What I really like is how effective they are at pulling out gunk from whiteheads. You can literally see the patch working overnight. I pop one on a blemish before bed, and by morning it’s flatter, less red, and way less noticeable. It’s satisfying (and kind of gross, in a good way) to peel it off and see the results. They don’t contain any harsh ingredients—just hydrocolloid—so they’re gentle on sensitive skin. No dryness or irritation, which I appreciate since I already use other acne treatments. Overall, if you’re dealing with surface pimples or whiteheads, these patches are a great addition to your skincare routine. Affordable, effective, and easy to use. Definitely a repeat buy for me.

These are awesome!! I tried patchRX but they didn't work nearly as well. When you remove the PanOxyl patches so much gunk come out and cleans the pore cause you can clearly see everything it pulled out! My pimples were smaller and alot of the redness was gone after just one use! I definitely recommend!!

These are miracle patches, get everything out in a few hours. As someone who has tried a few different brands of acne patches, I was excited to give the PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches a try. The video I've included shows my experience with them right out of the box. ​First off, I love that they come in two different sizes. This is super helpful for tackling various-sized spots. However, I did notice that the patches were a bit difficult to peel off the backing. The video shows me struggling a little to get them off the paper. It seems like they might have been stuck to the sides of the paper packaging instead of the clear plastic they're supposed to be on. While this was a bit tedious, it wasn't a deal-breaker. ​Once I got them on, they stayed put all night, which is exactly what you want in an overnight patch. They did an excellent job of drawing out the gunk and reducing the size and redness of my spots by the morning. Despite the slight inconvenience with the peeling process, the patches themselves are very effective. They work just as well as, if not better than, some other brands I've used. ​Overall, I'm really happy with the performance of these PanOxyl patches. If you can get past the minor issue with the packaging, they're a great, affordable option for zapping those pesky pimples overnight.

Sirven perfecto. Las espinillas más bravas requieren usarlos dos noches seguidas. Pero las más simples desaparecen la noche que usas el parche. Además es muy cómodo porque trae varios tamaños y ya te sirve dependiendo del tamaño de la espinilla. Les digo la verdad, se que son PM pero los he usado de día para proteger espinillas de polvo y maquillaje y acá sigo, sin las espinillas. No se que tan recomendable es usarlo de día así que no me tomen la palabra pero me imagino que es peor tener la espinilla al descubierto todo el día. Los recomiendo siempre a quien me pregunta que llevo puesto. Son súper buenos. Además la cantidad que trae por el precio, la verdad es que es un no brainer. Los últimos que tuve duraron como unos seis meses.
