Oral-B iO technology is among the best on the market, and the Sensitive replacement heads are incredibly soft and gentle on the gums. I’ve been using them for many years and find their performance outstanding—they clean effectively, massage the gums, and each head lasts around three months. The functionality is exactly as described, and the heads fit well for small to medium-sized teeth. The price is fair and aligns perfectly with the quality and performance you can expect from Oral-B.

Ultimate clean murdered my gums. Gentle care brought them back from the dead. £27 for resurrection of my gums was worth it. However I would mention that it's still more than I'd like to pay. After using ultimate clean for a while I still saw no blood but my gums hurt so much I could barely look at my toothbrush. I didnt like the sound of gentle care because I want clean white teeth, not gently cared for teeth so I stuck for the one that has clean in the name - up until pain forced me into using gentle care. Turns out gentle care is actually pretty good. My gums were resurrected after a few days and if I do it right they feel squeaky clean. My girlfriend however used my gentle care brush head twice and now the bristles are bent at unseemly angles. She loves to abuse her teeth so it's understandable - apparently the big red warning light that shes pressing too hard and the suffocated sound coming from the toothbrush isn't enough for her to realise that she should lighten up a bit. "the suffocation noises from the toothbrush simply mean success" From now on she uses my ultimate clean head. Above are photos of before and after she used the head. Evidently durability in extreme situations could be improved. I like the heads tho they spin left and right really smoothly if u move them with your finger it's cool. Please fix the durability though - for just under £7 a head I think I deserve at least that. Thanks :). And with ultimate clean if you could remove the raised bits around the sides of the head and make it more similar to cross-action, I think theyd be much more gum-friendly. Cross action was amazing I loved it it felt like a pneumatic drill at the same time as not damaging my teeth, but I prefer the quieter io motor for night-time, since I like to go to bed late when everyone's asleep.

Good value

These brushes fit the Oral-B io electric toothbrush only. They are excellent quality and cheaper on Amazon than other sellers. If you have sensitive teeth or gum problems they are gentle and softer than the regular io brushes. Oral B recommend these brushes are used with the tongue brushing mode on the io 9 & 10 brushes. Love my toothbrush and these brushes my oral health has never been better. Highly recommend.

Genuine Oral-B iO brush heads and as such they fit the toothbrush. Good value and much easier than having to trawl around shops.

I bought the sensitive heads because I have gum issues. They are exactly what you would expect but sadly like everything they are expensive. Other then the cost they are good for my needs.

This is my preferred choice of toothbrush head for the oral b io as it is gentle on teeth and gums. Price wise it is a little expensive so I like to check every now and then for a sale. Build up of grime does happen even after rinsing the brush head out afterwards after each wash so I am going to remove a star for that.

I tried other heads which were so rough and hurt my gums but these are so soft and don't bother them. I am not going back to any others. Very good quality, worth the extra money.
