great taste, good energy. started taking this for me/cfs so i can feel like i have some of my energy and old life back and so far happy with results and will be reordering. tried the flavor "fruit fusion" and it's a great flavor. like a monster without the bubbles and crap in it. dissolves easily and is becoming part of my routine.

I have a subscription for this pre workout. Taste great, dissolves great and is not grainy like a lot of other pre workouts I’ve used. Does not cause jitters, good price for the size.

I decided to switch from another pre-workout I normally use in the morning to the Fruit Fusion Amino Energy Pre-workout. I used this product to get my day going and to boost energy as well as brain function. Although it was not used before a workout in this case, I would not hesitate to utilize it before heading to the gym! This product was more affordable than others and was the reason why I decided to switch. I evaluated this product based on the following factors: energy, taste, and nutrition. Overall, the product was good. If you’re looking for a great energy boost, this essential amino energy drink is one for you and definitely a great way to get the day started off right. Two scoops at a time caused me to be jittery so going with 1-1.5 scoops worked best as far as energy goes and caused the fewest jitters. Aside from this, it was not the best tasting pre-workout out there – I was hoping for a product that tasted a bit more natural. Once past that initial flavor, it was not too bad. If a natural flavor is something you are not concerned about, it was great tasting and the fruit fusion is a great flavor. Additionally, the powder was average when it came to mixing; not the best but also not the worst. As far as nutrition, the essential amino acids, natural energizers and antioxidants are great. It is also great for post workout recovery if you use it after a tough day at the gym. The only downside is that it is sweetened with sucralose over a preferable and healthier Stevia choice, in my opinion. Overall, this Fruit Fusion Amino Energy pre-workout was pretty good! It offered a great deal of energy and the overall nutrition within it was ideal, aside from being sweetened with sucralose. The only downside was the taste, but it still was not too bad. This product is recommended to those searching for a great energy boost that also offers nutritional value!

I have now tried two different flavors so I feel like I can give a fair review. Everyone could use a little energy boost once in a while, most people go to energy drinks or coffee for this. Now, I HATE coffee and I hated how energy drinks made me feel, plus the amount of sugar in alot of energy drinks is a huge turnoff as I am trying to get into shape. This stuff is literally just amino acids and caffeine from natural sources, no jitters, and no feeling all wound up. Its low calorie, and NO SUGAR. Theres probably an artificial sweetener in there, but if you are eating clean for the vast majority of your diet this wont be an issue. The amount of caffeine per serving is relatively small, but thats really nice because it gives you greater control over how much caffeine you want to take. I have tried both green Apple and Watermelon. I really liked the Green Apple, and I saw in another review that Watermelon doesn't have artificial colors in it so I wanted to try it as well. The Green Apple is a very heavy flavor while the Watermelon is a very light flavor, watermelon is actually so light in color it shocked me at first!. Both are very nice and taste similar to Jolly Ranchers. Now, when the instructions say cold water, they mean cold water. I HATED this stuff the first time I tried it because I used cool room temperature water straight form our berkley filter. Now I keep a half gallon of our filtered water in the fridge just for this stuff. I am so happy I came across this supplement. ON has many highly praised products, and now I see why! Because of the lack of sugar, artificial sweeteners in some flavors, and ease of control over your caffeine dosage this is GREAT stuff to get if you are ADHD like me, or otherwise have a sensitivity to those things. If you want a low calorie, no sugar caffeine alternative to coffee or energy drinks, and dont want to take caffeine pills like me, definitely try this stuff!!

We were introduced to Amino Energy years ago when we were participating in CrossFit. We continue to use this product today because of its high-quality ingredients and the incredible energy boost it provides without feeling overstimulated. Compared to many other energy drinks, this powder offers good value for the money. We typically buy the fruit punch and think it tastes great. It is recommended that you drink 100 oz. of water while taking this supplement.

this is very good product. i have never used pre workout like this. But when comes to ON, i highly recommend. It is not magic drink that you eat and it will automatically lift wait you just go to sleep. You need enthusiasm and courage to do it and the rest it will do for you. I prefer take this as pre work out and post work out a protein shake with card (banana+oats+honey+cinnamon+muscletech+5gm creatine) with half milk and half water (no white sugar). drink 3 litre water daily. it works like charm. it gives me huge push for 45 minutes of workout. i really felt it. I personally think Creatine is also a important supplement which advance gym goer avoid. i used ON creatine. I have seen result in one month with proper diet and exercise.

Well I just got this today and used it straight away before gym and it was amazing! Two scoops got me through my workout and definitely let me push myself a lot more! I just came off the Phd Pre workout which was going well too but this stuff is much better tasting, doesn't cause any face tingling or induce any stomach problems! It's pretty cheap and came a few days before the expected date! The only annoying thing is that the tub is a decent size but it's less than half filled so if you use 2 scoops (as recommended) it's great but I don't see it lasting longer than a month or so if you got to the gym 4/5 times a week! Also, as I've only used it today I can't tell you much of the long term effects but I haven't heard anything negative in other reviews. Taste - 4/5 Value for money - 4/5 Shipping and delivery - 5/5 Focus and energy in the gym as a result 5/5 Definitely recommend!
