No, its snug not tight. Doesnt roll, its a snug stretchy fit all around. very comfortable.

Can they be dried in the dryer?

I dry mine and haven’t had any problems but they would probably last longer in the long run if air dried

These are super stretchy, with no compression. I wear them purely as slip shorts under summer dresses.

Are this are silky or cling on the cloth?

They are more silky than not. I wear with a woven Mexican cotton dress and it doesn’t cling. It might cling with thin fabrics.
