Beka Club House Puppet Theater, Marker Board Surfaces

The product is fun , but must not climb or hit it

I was so excited to order this for my grandchildren for Christmas. They did not want to tell me but eventually one mentioned that it was not fun to use because it kept falling apart and pieces would hit them. They had to put it back together every time they wanted to set it up and then it kept falling apart as they tried to do a puppet show. I am so disappointed in this item but it is not easily accessible for me to return it so it just sits there at their house. I will need to find something else that is sturdier and better made for them to have fun with the puppets I gave them.

This puppet theater is a complete waste of money. It is very poor quality and arrived broken. It's advertised as being made of hard maple wood and it actually contains about 5% maple wood and the rest is fiber board. To return this product the cheapest cost is $60 and the manufacturer decides if they agree with the customer's complaint and then they charge a 5% restocking fee.
