The finger print would not work. I even re registered the print but was unable to complete the process. As its the biometric I use the case is now useless to me

My only grip is with the kickstand as it can get weak over time. Otherwise no complaints at all.This is my 2nd case as my kickstand broke 1st time around after about 9 months.Wouldn't score case down for that as it protects my phone well and that is what it was purchases for. The kickstand was a great added benefit.

Fingerprint reader ok unless you need to clean screen. Once you take the front cover off and put back fingerprint reader stops working..... So ye try make sure you dont get it wet or dusty so you dont have to take cover off

I eagerly awaited the arrival of this case first time I messed up when reading the instructions and putting it together. So I thought oh well will try for a second as I can have a product both times they arrived quickly but on second when putting it together the fingerprint scanner is poor and does not work so money down the drain. Don't make the mistake I did and buy it save your money for something better.

As described fits Samsung S20 ultra great. Fully covers phone. Finger print recognition works (which makes a change with these screen covers). Has a cover over charging port to prevent dust getting into it. It has been drop loads and phone is still fine in it. Only issue i have is im a joiner so saw dust get into it through the front camera hole that stops finger print from working and then it all get trapped inside is in the screen part so i need to replace full thing every month or 2. But over all its a good case

Extremely good quality case, plastic front screen is not compatible with fingerprint reader.
