Supplying Demand WB30T10074 WB30T10078 4 Piece Electric Range Surface Element Replacement Kit

If someone can’t take the time to package a product to arrive without needing work to be usable it’s reflected in the review. My first purchase was based on price at 32-bucks for a 4-piece kit and that was a real mistake because it had two different style bases on the elements, they were damaged and all the connector tabs were bent but it was returned because the 6-inch elements didn’t fit. The supporting metal pieces needed to have some cutouts at the ends to properly recess into the drip pan but the ones I received didn’t have it so they wouldn’t lay flat and were actually at such an angle they couldn’t be used. I have a GE JBP22BK4WH with WB30T10033 & WB30T10027 elements and since the last purchase didn’t have the correct elements those (WB30T10078 was not the correct replacement as stated in the listing) and it seems that more than a few listings call differently configured burners by the same product number so I contacted this seller before I purchased it. They were very helpful and even included a link to their listing for the 6-inch burner so I was able to confirm it would be the type I needed… and all burners did fit properly after lots of adjustments. I included a pic to show the difference on the underside of the elements because, depending on the type of drip pan on your stove, it makes a big difference. These are also a very close match to what I have and getting something that fits is much better than depending solely on what they say it will fit or how much it costs. I did check a lot of listings on elements both as a 4-pack and as 2-packs of each size and found a lot of issues with what was stated for fitment and pricing and just because someone states something is a direct replacement doesn’t necessarily make it so. I have found that to be more than true on auto parts and carbs for outdoor power equipment and it now applies to electric burners. My mistake for not doing a better job but doing so on this one was worth the effort. Not only did I get a prompt response I also received a set of elements that have the feel and look closer to what they’re replacing. The surfaces are all even but they all needed work on the electrical connectors before they could be installed. All the connectors were either bent and/or twisted because they were just dropped in a box with nothing to separate or protect them so they just bounced around to the point they couldn’t be installed without some alignment with a pair of lineman pliers. At least the order I returned took time to put them in bubble wrap bags. My old elements (about 13-years old) were still working but since I’ve had to replace the lower oven element twice I thought we were likely cooking on borrowed time… plus the new ones just make the stove look like new again. These were more expensive so I’m surprised no one seems to care how they arrive or what a buyer has to do to make them fit. The WB30T10078 was a perfect fit, after I straightened the plugs, for my GE original WB30T10027 6-inch burners. What would otherwise have been a five star review gets knocked down one peg (and I’m being generous) because every burner needed work on both tabs because they didn’t care enough to pack it correctly. Each tab either had to be bent up/down, right/left and/or twisted right/left. The up/down was more problematic because that’s the alignment that determines how well it lays in the drip pan. I don’t mind doing a little tweaking but some tabs were bent so much they were touching each other or they were well off to one side. It’s also a process of trial & error so it took me about an hour to get them all set properly. The only reason this isn’t 2-stars is because CS was very helpful and if it was up to my wife it would have been another return. It’s up to you but I’d say the probability you’ll have to do some adjustment on this is pretty high. This was my second purchase and both arrived with issues so I decided to deal with it rather than try yet another one but they should throw in a handy little tool to do the adjustment. Some other listings actually show a pic of the element with bent tabs so that should be a hint that most don’t care how they arrive or what you have to do to get them to plug in properly.

I purchased this 4 piece electric burner kit to replace the old ones on my Hotpoint Range (GE model # RB757WH1WW).I first contacted Supplying Demand via Amazon to verify if this was correct kit for my range. James, a customer service representative, responded promptly to my message and confirmed that this was the kit I needed.I ordered the kit on Oct 15, 2020 and received the package on October 20, 2020. I inspected the contents. Two of of the burners had tabs that needed to be slightly straightened but everything else was fine.The installation was easy (just gently unplug and swap out the burners). I like that the new burners now have metal tabs instead of the curved wire loops. The tabs provides better contact with the electric receptacle. The curved wire loops on my old burners were corroded and broke off.I tested the burners by gradually warming and boiling small pots of water at different settings (low, 1 thru 9, and high). I didn’t use the “high” setting because I didn’t want to damage the burners.Overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I’m looking forward to using these for a long time. I highly recommend Supplying Demand for quality replacement parts, excellent customer service and fast delivery.

i bpught these heating rods for my 20 YO Whirlpool stovetop and these have been the best from fitment and how they perform. it has been several months and heating up these rods have been as expected and better yrt no warpage has been notes. Ones sold at Home depot or Lowes (not calrods) easily warps after several use and actual coil length is shorter based on number of coils in the assembly.

the stove burners are as described and work perfect. After install, i turned all of them on and they all heat up fine and work great. i would recommend this product. price was great for 4 burners. thanks
