(The tape started to tear during my last race in July but it still provided enough grip). Overall, I got two uses out of the one roll but I was heavy on the tape the first time around. You could probably get three uses out of a roll if you skimped a bit. Just ordered another two rolls. It's self fusing tape, so it's not sticky in the sense of having glue, but more tacky. It's best to put the tape on and then wait at least 1 hour to let it settle, and then the tape feels grippy. **Q: Can this be used to wrap around barbells?** A: This tape sticks to itself as you overlap it while wrapping. I use it on a graphite paddle but I think it would be worth a try on a barbell.
