The media could not be loaded.  I bought this resistance set on a blind hunch. There weren’t any reviews yet and I didn’t know if the set was worth it or not. I can honestly say that it’s a pretty darn good resistance bar set for the price. I have only used it once so I’ll update or change my review if needed after a few weeks.The bar comes in 3 pieces that click together. It takes a bit of fiddling around to line the little prongs up with the holes, but nothing major. It feels pretty sturdy while the foam cushioning is soft .Now the bands are what I was skeptical on when ordering. The pricier sets all have metal carabiners, and this one is has plastic. It’s a sturdy plastic, but still plastic and I’m not sure how long they will hold up to the tension. Hopefully they hold it down until the gyms open back up! Another thing that is a bit irritating is that the bands aren’t marked with their resistance weight. I’m banking on the fact that they are standard resistance colors. Are the bands durable?...only time will tell. I feel like they should be okay. The attachments are cool. 2 ankle attachments...not the best but they’ll work. 2 triangle handles that feel pretty good and a very good door attachment. The bag is cheap as hell but you get what you pay for. I like that the straps on the bar have 3 different lengths to choose from so the bar can be adjusted for different heights and resistance levels. That’s a cool feature. Other brands just either need to be rolled or don’t adjust at all. I honestly think that this a steal. If push comes to shove, I can buy better/sturdier resistance bands and still use this bar and attachments. They are that good. The bar and attachments get 4.5 stars from me. The bands I would maybe give 3 stars. But for now, I’m using them and they will get the job done.It also came with a sheet of exercises for each body part, and I found tons of videos on YouTube for the gym bar and gorilla bow that work well with this piece of equipment.

Very easy to assemble. Doesn't come with any assembly instructions but it is self explanatory.The quality of the bands feel kind of cheap but they haven't broke or morphed on me yet. (will update the review if it ever does) The bands are a little on the long side. I am 5'9 and I need to stand on the actual bands instead of using the straps that come with it when using the bar to get a good resistance.The bar itself feels nice in your hands and doesn't feel cheap at all. To take the bar apart you just have to feel for the little prongs that keep them in place and pinch the bar.The door anchor is just a strap with a small foam piece on it. Works well for me and I haven't had any problems with it.The sheet of paper with exercises would have been great if the one I got didn't look like someone was throwing it away. I was not expecting it to be perfect but it was literally crumbled up in a ball and had large rips running down the middle of it.Overall it was worth getting it because it gets me to be more active at home. Only wish the bands were a little shorter and the paper wasn't ripped.

I spent a lot of time looking at reviews trying to find the best pilates bar for my needs. I was looking for strong resistance bands for a variety of exercises. This bar seemed to fit the bill.....several resistance bands with 3 different loops to adjust the bands attaching to the bar. So, first of all, if the bar worked, the resistance bands would be GREAT. However, the bands are all too long. To describe what I mean, if you are trying to do a squat with the bar on your neck, you lose all resistance for the bottom half of the move because the bands go slack. If you are trying to do bicep curls, you lose all resistance on the bottom half of the move. You can get good resistance on an overhead press with consistent resistance, but that's about the only good exercise for the standing exercises. You can also get decent resistance on the leg pushback when on your hands and knees. I am disappointed, because the concept of this thing is really good. It really seems like you would need different lengths of bands to accomplish the goal. Anyway, it's nice looking, nicely package, comes with a great choice of bands, but I can't exercise with it and that's the point of having it. I am 5" 6 ....so about average height. My husband is taller and it still went slack on him. So....back it goes. So sad! (And...because of the clips, you cannot roll the bands around the pole like some seem to do.)

They snap very easily. The joints at the end are plastic and very unsafe. Be very careful using this product, or better yet don’t buy it. I used them 2 time and they snapped on me both times

Ummm. This is literally impossible to Assemble.For me at least.Attempted using YouTube, put that thing straight back into bag to RETURN!!Nope!!

Not good quality

Great product! I have to return this though because I am 5’3 and the bands do not create enough resistance even on the highest adjustment.

I can’t wait to use the product
