This stuff tastes great and is by far my favorite vinegar. It is strong and so you do not need much to flavor a dressing or marinade.

Expensive, but worth it for a treat.
Nice aroma and flavor. Good gift for someone who likes to cook. I used it in Char Shiu. A little strong, maybe reduce the amount slightly.
