I made some vegetarian chili. I tried adding some liquid amines and other flavor enhancers like mushroom powder but you can only use so much of that stuff. I spinkled a teaspoon in a bowl of chilli and voila! Instantly tastes more 'meaty' or 'umami' if you will and makes it more palatable without using meat!

I have purchased the Savory Yeast Extract a few times and I love it! It adds a subtle but delicious flavor to most everything I decided to use it on whether it is eggs, meats ,veggies, etc. I plan on using this in the future and hopefully won't run out of it.

Love it got cause I read that it may help with joint pain and not did it I have a knee joint that is bone on bone couldn’t get around without my off loader brace .About 10 days after started using it I was walking thru Walmart with my son at a good clip when I suddenly realized that I was walking with no brace and no pain. I taped my son on the shoulder and pointed out to him that I had no brace on and was keeping up with him and no pain he was amazed as I. I am 73 yrs old and had been dealing with my knee for 3 yrs .Got joint pain TRY IT James

Arrived very fast with my other prime orders my only issue is plastic jar it comes in, tastes great a little salty but still great.
