Good solution.
Nice solution. I needed two poles for a tarp set up while truck camping. These worked well. Had a big storm come in on my first day and they held up fine. Compact and adjustable by leaving out one or more sections.

Works well for adjustable tent poles.
I used these for a side shade area around our chicken coop. The shade cover was 10x20 and I had to use four poles to make sure it held up. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is the clips that holds it together. I had to pry two out to get them to pop out and stay in place. Not a big deal for me but some may send back. The adjustment in height can be done by leaving out a section of pole. That function makes it able to suit any height needs you will have. Good function to have. Stainless look should last a while. Hope so, the chickens like the shade!

The rodās adjustable length is a great feature
**SAN LIKE Adjustable Portable Telescoping Fishing Rod** As an avid fisherman who enjoys spontaneous fishing trips, I was intrigued by the SAN LIKE Adjustable Portable Telescoping Fishing Rod. I was looking for something lightweight, compact, and easy to carry for those impromptu fishing sessions without sacrificing performance. **What I Like:** - **Portability**: The telescoping design is incredibly convenient. When fully collapsed, the rod is compact enough to fit into a backpack or even a large pocket, making it perfect for travel or quick fishing outings. This portability is one of the main reasons I chose this rod. - **Adjustable Length**: The rodās adjustable length is a great feature, allowing you to customize it based on the type of fishing youāre doing. Whether youāre fishing from the shore, a dock, or a boat, you can extend or shorten the rod to suit your needs. - **Sturdy Build**: Despite being lightweight and portable, the rod feels surprisingly sturdy. Itās made from durable materials that can handle a decent fight with medium-sized fish. The balance between weight and strength is well-executed. - **Comfortable Handle**: The rodās handle is comfortable to grip, even during extended use. Itās well-designed with a non-slip coating that provides a good hold, even when wet, which is important for maintaining control while casting or reeling in. **What I Donāt Like:** - **Limited to Medium Fish**: While the rod is sturdy, itās best suited for catching medium-sized fish. It might struggle with larger, more powerful fish, so itās not ideal for heavy-duty fishing. If youāre targeting bigger species, you might want to look for a more robust option. - **Telescoping Mechanism**: The telescoping mechanism, while convenient, can sometimes be a bit finicky. Itās essential to make sure each section is securely locked in place before casting to avoid the rod collapsing unexpectedly. This isnāt a frequent issue, but itās something to be mindful of. - **Price Point**: The price is slightly higher than some other portable rods, but given its features and quality, I find it justifiable. However, if youāre on a tight budget, there are less expensive options available that might offer similar performance. **Bottom Line:** The SAN LIKE Adjustable Portable Telescoping Fishing Rod is an excellent choice for anglers who value portability and convenience without sacrificing too much in terms of performance. Its adjustable length, sturdy build, and comfortable handle make it a versatile and reliable option for spontaneous fishing trips. While it may not be ideal for catching larger fish, and the telescoping mechanism requires careful use, its overall quality and ease of transport make it a worthwhile investment for those who enjoy fishing on the go.

Two can become one
Needed poles on a long camping trip to help rais the middle of a 20' by 20' tarp. We didn't really use them separately because we preferred on really tall pol in the middle to push up 14' in the air. They disconnect quickly and have both a rubber ball and the metal tip.

You get what you pay for
These hollow aluminum tube that are molded to screw together can easily be overtightened causing them to not want to come apart or go back together after 1st assembly. They're not designed to hold up more then a medium-duty tarp, a heavy-duty tarp is just to heavy to counter by angling them. If you're expecting winds over 15 mph, of gusts over 25mph TAKE THEM DOWN or they will break. I basically used them for placement and the grommet connection on top, then duck-taped them to the metal-T fence posts I drove into the ground in their place, as they are not designed to stake down in any way either. Not versatile, not high quality, but fit for the job I, personally, intended them for. To say they perform well would be a misnomer because they only did as I expected. If you don't expect much they *might* work for you.

Inexpensive, compact and very useful!
I usually use the telescoping tent poles for hammock camping, but needed a quick and relatively low-cost option, when I didn't have my usual poles with me. These take a bit longer to assemble, but worked very well for me. They're light weight, easy to use and pack down to a reasonably small footprint. The only thing I would pay attention to is the spring locks popped out and got lodged inside the tube when I dismantled them. Not a big deal, and easy to fix with a long, thin stick, but it would really suck if they happened to fall out and get lost.

Not ideal for windy situations
Brought these poles out to desert to help secure a shade structure made from aluminet. Aluminet allows air to pass through while still providing 80% shade strength so that it does not act like a giant sail and rip your supports out of the ground. I secured each pole with 2 guy lines each and spaced the poles approximately 4 feet apart. The other end of the "tarp" was secured to a motorhome and did not move. After a couple windy (20-30 mph) days the poles had warped into 'S' shapes due to their thin tube walls. If all you need is a simple support these may work for you, but if you need something to withstand medium to high winds, look for something more robust. The thin walls of the tube steel are far too weak for anything over 15 mph in my opinion. Positive notes: very light weight and easy to assemble and disassemble. The tip of the poles have a decent length pin to place grommeted tarps over end. Adjustable lengths. Nice bag for carrying disassembled parts. There is a rubber tip to on base segments, but they are not removable without destroying the tip.

Great for tarps
Love to go camping with the family and needed something to hold up the end of my tarps over my tent. These came in handy and worked perfect for what I needed.

Used once so far, seems sturdy enough holding a tarp while tying it down to a tree/table/tentpeg/rock. I like that you can use less pieces of the pole if you don't need the full length.
