If you have any problems with any of the parts of your cage, contact the company and they will send you replacement parts. There is a one year warranty on this cage. For example, the plastic cover arrived damaged and the nesting box broke off a piece when it was being installed, and the company sent new pieces, no additional charge. This is a fun cage!
