Teva Women's Original Universal Sandal, Black, 7 M US

I've worn Teva sandals for many years now, but this was my first time purchasing the original universal style. I'm between 7 and 8, so I read dozens of reviews hoping they would help me choose. I also went to my local REI store and tried on both sizes. The 7s and 8s fit similarly, so I ended up ordering a size 7. Unfortunately, they did not fit as expected. My feet tend to swell in the summer, and the 7s are rather narrow. My pinky toes were squished and it felt like my toes might slide over the front; my heels didn't sit right either. Luckily, Amazon's return process is pretty effortless, so I exchanged them for a size 8, and they fit perfectly! These shoes are beyond comfortable with strong velcro. I have yet to test them kayaking and walking through pluff mud, but I have worn them to the beach many times and they are quick to dry! My Teva Dorado sandals held up through some brutal adventures, so I'm expecting these will too!

Shoes are comfortable, always get a size smaller than you wear. Tevas don’t last long. I’ve worn them for years and if you were them every day in the summer, your not getting 3 years out of them. Maybe 2. But I keep buying them because I have flat , narrow feet and they work for me

I was really surprised at the quality of these sandals. I was expecting a cheap foamy bedding similar to those $5 flip flops at Old Navy or something but these are def worth the price!-The sole bedding has a slight curve up at the arch of the foot so it fits comfortably.-Straps are long, thick Velcro so they can ft any size.-WIDE FEET FRIENDLY! Yay! Was nervous about how these would fit. With my super wide feet and long toes, the straps fit comfortably, plus they're adjustable.-Soft cushion. I can see what other reviewers were talking about. I can see myself walking all over Disneyland in these babies!-Idk how they hold up w/hiking but you can def walk all day in these more comfortably than flip flopsTL;DR: Super comfy sandals. A little long in the front but I love how they fit. Excited to rock these around campus in my new summer sandal! Yay!

Buy them! I always get blisters when I travel. I made sure to buy comfortable shoes and break them in and these were great. We walked over 20,000 steps each day and my feet didn’t hurt at all. Sizing is true to size.

I wore these everyday on my Disney trip. In years past I’ve worn chacos and sneakers but this round, I didn’t have to whip out my sneakers because these were SO comfy!!! I love the adjustable straps and the quality of the shoe. 100% recommend! (1 star off because the texture of the bottom is not my cup of tea, but wasn’t terrible, I got used to it)

So comfortable can easily hike with these! Had my first pair for over two years so durable. The color black works for all my mom outfits. Stable on all kind of floors.

After reading rave reviews about Teva’s for years, I decided to get myself a pair for my trip to Thailand. I was pleased with the look and cushioning however, after wearing these shoes in and out of the water, I developed blisters on my big toe on both feet. I was under the impression that these are great water shoes and that you could get them wet. I guess I could wear them instead of flip-flops for added comfort underneath my feet, but I’ll have to buy different shoes to get wet.

Bought these for my trip to Europe, they fit as expected and are super comfortable! They held up in water and walking around cities. Highly recommend!
