### ⭐ But I really wouldn't recommend it for ones that are really beginning to work ...

Did not care for it at all it had no pictures. it didn't not give me descriptions of the body parts that were affected by the exercise that I was doing. It was a very inadequate book. I did appreciate that the book did give me some programs on in the in the back of the book. But I really wouldn't recommend it for ones that are really beginning to work out because again as I stated it doesn't give you any reference to any body parts that are being affected by the exercises. Pictures are really needed in order to see what is being talked about.

I purchased this book and two similar books for a friend in prison. He advised that they appear to be copies of the original books; pages stapled together sort of thing. I wouldn't mind getting paper copies if (1) I was told upfront and (2) it was a dollar instead of six or seven.
