It’s been a year since I bought this, but I have to write a review. This thing is the greatest ever. I didn’t even realize it heated up as it rolls. It actually works out the knots in my back and my neck.No matter how hard I lean back on it, it keeps grinding away!I love this thing, worth every penny.

I have the worst lower back pain, specifically on one side, and it goes away for awhile and then ends up flaring up again, this was a game changer. Yes it hurt as it was digging in my lower back at the area where it hurts but when I say this has gave me some relief (I say some as I just started using it so I know it will take a few uses to fully get the muscle fixed) but it felt so good when after awhile, I don’t regret getting this! My boyfriend even used it and he has said it has helped.

i’m currently using on my lower back as my new born is sleeping on my chest. it feels nice, warm (am not sure how to turn off heat yet but it’s good temp) and i haven’t tried the higher setting yet either but it is doing a nice job. my lower back has been hurting for a few weeks and id ask my husband to massage but his hands start to cramp up and cant massage me for long so i decided to invest in this. the reason it is four stars is because i wish it was a little more spaced out. for the first few minutes i felt it hitting right on my spine and it wasn’t enjoyable. i fidgeted around and can feel it more on one side (wherei need it) but not the other (where i also need it) so ill fidget again

I love these massagers. I got this one to replace an old one and nothing can compare to it. It offers deep tissue to help with muscle tension. I love that the kneaders spin in one direction and I need to press a button for them to switch. My old one would switch throughout so I'd finally get the right spot and then have to find it again. I'd highly recommend this brand for sure!

Back pain is prevent in my life, so having this small massager take the tension off when I have hours of sitting ahead or horrible cramps provides sweet relief. A bit bumpy, but I kind of like it.

This little massager works very well. I rated this 3 stars because of the strap. I bought this to take to work and use at my desk because I get headaches from neck and shoulder strain. I needed something I could position on my desk chair so I could sit back against it. The length of the straps will not go around any chair I tried. They are approximately 12" long on each side. I didn't measure so possibly a little less or more but not by much. I can't imagine what they would be useful for unless maybe you strap the massager to a pole or small tree and that's just wierd. As I said the massager does work very well and it's a nice size for a portable but very frustrating to use unless you can lay down. Otherwise if sitting you are constantly adjusting it if not holding very still

I bought this product for a gift for my son and then I tried it myself and I felt I needed one for myself. It works really well, nice deep massage it doesn’t stop if you lean back on it. It really relives my tension and the heat is the right temperature. I totally recommend it. I like that is portable and easy to use.

It is like having a massage but at home. Depending on the chair you use, depends on the firmness of the massage. Vibration is good and nice.
