Light Therapy Lamp with Rechargeable Battery, VIPEX UV Free 10000 Lux Sun Lamp, Cordless Therapy Light with Memory Function and Timer for Home Office Travelling, 10 Inch

I came from Sweden where 2pm will look like midnight during winter season. A lot of my friends use therapy light to cope with the phenomena. I came to live in Seattle and it doesn't get as dark but we have many gray days, and this light can help to interrupt my tiredness and keep me awake. I turn it on as soon as I start feeling exhausted. It really helps! Oh and I love its wireless because I don't like having chords (looks messy), also because I carry with me to different places where outlets are out of reach.

I purchased two of the VIPEX sun lamps that are cordless, rechargeable, and UV-free and I could not be happier. The adjustable brightness and timer for how long the lamps will be on, are great features. I normally place them on the two nightstands on either side of my bed to dispel early morning grogginess that I feel sometimes in the now seemingly, mostly dark winter days. I have also used the sun lamps when it is dark early and I do not want to feel as if it is close to time to sleep for the night when it is nowhere near that time. Ahh the winter blues can finally be alleviated for me and rid me of the sadness that I can sometimes feel with consistent lack of sunlight during winter.

During the fall and winter, I get seasonal depression and a friend suggested a light therapy lamp to help with that and so I bought this lamp because I’ve been feeling more unmotivated than usual and to prepare for the colder seasons. Although I’ve only had this product for a few days, using it daily for 30 mins in the early morning has slightly improved my mood because I get more hours of “sunlight" and I feel more energetic and more motivated to do work, especially during this quarantine. It’s also fairly easy to use and functions great as a night light as well; I occasionally have used it as a night light as well when I’m doing work or reading at night. A bonus of this light is that it has a timer function and you can adjust the brightness of the light, which I find personally to be really helpful. Overall, I am satisfied with the product, it does its job and its cute design doesn’t hurt, and I’m curious to see what long-term changes it’ll bring to my life.

I was instantly impressed when I pulled it out of the box. It’s sleek, lightweight, and easy to use. The directions were easy to follow but really not even needed because it’s so easy to operate. There are various brightness setting and the timer is super helpful. Highly recommended especially with the ease of it being rechargeable!

The design is so cute.. It looks like an ipad and is very light weighted. It has many brightness levels and the lighting is different from normal lamp. I don't know what's the technique behind the product but the lighting is more soothing. I put the lamp by my bed and use the timer function to remind me the time to go to sleep. I charged It only once and already used it for long time so the power capacity is good too!

I spent a long time looking for a cordless & rechargeable sun lamp at an affordable price. I’m so happy....This was a perfect find for the price, quality and convenience. It’s the size of my iPad and I can bring it with me anywhere I need to go without having to plug it in. Recharging is a breeze and the battery lasts a long time. The three light settings are great. I enjoy the lowest setting, which gives a nice warm hue, but is still effective (see picture). The brightest setting is very strong if you want maximum impact (second picture).I’ve been using the lamp for a few weeks and I’m starting to feel the difference in my mood as I transition into the winter months. Overall, I’d highly this lamp recommend to anyone looking for an affordable sun lamp to help with SAD. It’s a great buy!

If you have SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) or "winter blues", this light works wonderfully. I measured the intensity on the surface at 12,000 lux. At 20" away, I got my recommended dose using the 45 minute timer.Two things I don't like. One, the timer buttons have no tactile feedback. A very dim white LED lights when the "button" is touched but the main light is so bright that this is difficult to see.Two, Though it uses a USB3 charging port, apparently the charger is the only one which will work. I left my charger at a friend's house. I've tried all the chargers I have including 1, 2 and 3.5 amp versions. None work.

I was very excited to get this light after reading other reviews. Let's start with the positives. The light is bright and I appreciate that it has adjustable brightness and a clear vibration to let you know if you reach the highest or lowest setting. The timer works well and I absolutely love that it's rechargeable, as I don't always use it in a place with easy plug in access.The negative for me is the directions saying to have it 4 inches away. This is extremely close and, from my research into SAD lamps, not the proper way to use it.All in all, it's a nice light and useful, just don't use it so close.

Took a bit long to arrive, but with the pandemic, every order gets stuck in the mail so I wouldn't pin it in the store.Matches the description. Many levels of brightness and a timer. It works well and looks sturdy.We'll see if it lasts, but the quality looks good so I don't think it will be a problem. I'm satisfied.
