Here is what to expect when you buy the case:1. It will cover all the edges of your phone. The edges are thicker for extra protection. I expect to protect my phone if I were to accidentally drop it.2. The plastic is good quality, it appears strong.3. The plastic cover on the front of the phone and the back is very good. It is clear enough to see the screen. I like how the case and the screen protector are all in one and that there are no gaps. In the past, I had to replace the screen protector after time.4. I can hear the audio/sound well. There are openings to allow audio through.5. The extra hinges on the back of the case to elevate the case so that the back camera is not touching the surface.6. There is a cover that protects the charging hole/usb-c .7. The case is easy to hold and doesn't slip from hand.8. The volume keys and power button work well with case.

I used this for my new Samsung Note 20, i love the way it fits on my phone. The screen cover literally fits like a glove over the screen and gets secured by the back piece. It looks like it will protect my phone really well from damage and the screen cracking since I always drop my phone! The only concern I have is that the thumb print feature isn't working when I have this case on, but I can definitely type, text and navigate my phone well. I give it a 5 because I got it mostly for protection on my phone and screen, and looks like a pretty sturdy item that will do just that!

This case is very protective but the plastic over the screen bows out slightly making it difficult to use. Over time you can tell that moisture gets trapped in it.

Buying this case I was a bit skeptical because there has been a few cases I've purchased that were not up to par, but this one, I was wrong about. The case is surprisingly sturdy and strong leaving no worry about damage being done to the phone if it happened to fall. That kind of security makes u feel good about a purchase like a 1400 Samsung Galaxy Note. The case's screen protector isn't cumbersome or ineffective to touch, it actually compliments the case and helps better ur usage, the actions and button prompts are responsive without latency. That's a big one as there's a lot of cases w built-in or on that hinders ur usage of the phone glad that's not the case here. Pun intended lol. Overall, I think I bought a quality case for an affordable price that I am actually happy with. Take the plunge....you won't regret it.

I got this as the new model came out, realizing reviews wouldn't replresent real-world experience yet, so now I can fill that gap. There were 2 major flaws that make it unusable for me.1. The fingerprint scanner doesn't work at all which is my prefered unlock method. I even tried a new scan through the front cover but it won't recognize it as a finger scan at all.2. It was so wide, it won't fit in my car holder/charger. That's on me for not verifying that first, but it's much wider than the phone. A positive for this is that it does seem highly sturdy and protective.I ended up getting a slim case and glass cover that is a better fit for my needs and preferences, but might use this one for mountain biking exertions that jeopardize the phone more than normal daily use.

Overall, this is an excellent case. I've used this design for my old Note 9 which has saved me from many drops and am happy to use it again with the Note 20 Ultra. The fit is excellent: snug but not too tight. The screen protector leaves no gaps and is quite sturdy.A heads up however, as the description clearly notes, it does not support fingerprint reading yet. This is not a problem for me since I don't use the feature, but please be aware. The manufacturer says this should be remedied soon.

I ordered this case in advance of the preorder of the new Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. And waited to review it until installed on my new phone. Today was the day! Given my propensity for dropping phones, it was important to have fully encased phone protection. This one does the trick. The back is clear and shows my shiny new white Note 20 Ultra. The S pen works great on the screen - no drag, no hesitation. Easy to push on the S pen and remove it with the case installed. With my previous experience with Temdan cases the face covering shouldn't scratch easily. We ladies know how many dangerous things we have in our handbags! The case was easy to install and is lightweight and thin but feels sturdy. If it only had a lanyard or holster, I would be over the moon. Definitely recommend.

Great, durable case. I like the see thru back option since we have many people with the same phone in the same places.The camera protector is a raised cut out that seems to work well. However I also purchased the camera protector covers so I cannot truly attest to it's performance.The case is slim, not bulky but still enough bumper guard to protect a decent fall. But don't throw it!My biggest issue is the fingerprint scanner. That function did not work AT ALL for me. Forced me to use the face recognition option which I don't like at all! It just kept saying press harder.Also I feel like the bottom part of the front frame is lose so the haptic feedback is not initially picking up.So long story, short... I ordered another case. I need the fingerprint scanner to work.

Excellent product! Good fit and good quality materials. I have bought Otterbox covers before and this feels very similar at a much more affordable price. I have dropped my phone a number of times already and no problems! Stylus works fine through the built in screen cover. Just to note - there is a hole in the screen cover to allow for fingerprint access. This does the job but it does tend to collect a bit of dust and dirt around the hole. This feature might not be to everyone's taste. Other than that, I would recommend this cover to other Note20 ultra owners.
