GENERAL:I needed a tethering cable. I looked at the popular "orange" one (and a couple others) and bought this one for a cheaper price (and 5 more feet).PRO:(1) 20 feet is a good length. For a studio, perhaps a longer cable would be nice (but I don't have enough experience to tell if that's a necessity or not).(2) Check photo #2 and you can see it's solidly made. Cable feels good and connectors seem as good a quality as any.CON:None (that I can think of)Conclusion:I highly recommend this product. The quality is good and the price is right. I was going to connect up my camera (Sony) with my laptop to prove it works well, but just take my word for it. :-)I use Amazon reviews extensively to make decisions on my purchases. After researching many options, the Vebner 20ft Micro USB Cable - USB-A to Micro-B - Extra Long Micro USB Cable 20 ft Tethering cord by Vebner worked best for our application. We needed the extension for the gaming controller as direct input works best (at least for us) I highly recommend.

The product was delivered ahead of the scheduled date. The product was 5 feet longer than I required, however, the extra five feet definitely comes in handy. The cable is sturdy while being stiff enough to not get entangles, yet it is flexible enough to handle easily to position precisely.
