I have severely deformed ankles and no rom in my left one, it is riddled with osteoarthritis which is very painful. These inserts are exactly the same as the ones that the hospital give me and they help with my pain and my mobility issues, they help to improve my posture and my walking. I will be ordering more, once these have passed thier shelf life.

I suffer from terrible plantar fasciitis in both of my feet. Made the mistake of buying sketchers safety shoes for work which killed my feet and left me crying like the grown baby I am, due to no arch support and single thickness memory foam insole.Bought these bad boys and stuck them in and can now do 12 hour shifts on my feet with only mild discomfort as the day goes on.No more limping around at work no more nickname of "hobbles" and can now smash my uncle at bowling without winching every step till my feet have warned up.

This insole is life saver. and they last forever. for sure they save foot. i diagnose with flat foot and doctor said to make special insoles.To make special insoles i would need insoles for my different shoes . this will cost too much money. I read reviews in amazon and i buy this insoles. After this my problem just disappeared . Better doctor of yourself is you.

Nearly perfect, completely resolved a dodgy ankle foot thing I had while doing time on the treadmil.Only thing thats annoying is they move about in the shoe (only whilst not wearing mind) this means that you need to quickly re position them when putting on your shoes, still best one of these things Iv found and would reccomend

Nothing to dislike, good arch support. Does it work ? Only time will tell, but I am hopeful. Having held off posting my review up on my Arch Supports:- I now 5 sets of arch supports, they have worked wonders. I have been suffering for a number of year with severe pain in the back of my Patellas/knees and suspected tendonitis as well as slight pain/stiffness in my spine on running. It now transpires I have fallen arches, on using arch supports an now pain free in both legs and no discomfort in my spine. Am off skiing next month, rocking with my arch supports.

I was suffering badly from plantar fasciitis in one foot. I had tried full-length insoles which helped but which made some of my shoes too tight. These are just perfect for those shoes. They stay in place much better than I imagined. I can't swear to the cause-and-effect, but since I started using these the foot pain is completely gone.

I have fallen arches & have been buying this sort of insole support from my therapist. I was amazed to find these online at the price. They are comparable to the professional ones I've had & are comfortable to wear. Excellent quality & amazing value. Highly recommended.

These make my life with Plantar Faciitis far more bearable. I have a pair in all my shoes, sandals and even slippers. Combined with Hotter shoes I can once again walk in relative comfort. I have tried dozens of different ways to relieve heel pain including injections, physio, ice baths, podiatric inserts etc. and these PRO 11 Wellbeing 3/4 inserts work best for me.

They are a great fit for my size 12's. Not to firm and not too soft. Not sure how long they will last possibly a few months at best, but I'm a tall and big guy. I was prescribed theses at a private physio for fallen arch and now I can walk again. The pain is still their but gone from a 8-10 when bad and swolen to a 1-3. Got a few stretches and swimming to help build up my ankle. Will update in a few months.

I've had these for months now and they are great. Previously I bought very expensive brands for Plantar Fasciitis, and they help. But these are just as good and very reasonably priced. Used for months and still in great condition. I'll buy again.

Having worn professionally made custom inserts for a number of years I found that these fit very well and provide good support at a fraction of the cost. However, they are off a much softer material so it will be interesting to see how long they last.

Having bought these before, they work well for me. I had the old one a while, very good. I put them straight in my work boots, great feeling for my feet, my old ones I binned by mistake. Nice to have a new pair.

I'm a size 11 shoe for a man and the inserts have helped no end with my work shoes and my running shoes... Certainly making the pain more bearable and allowing me to run again... I have PF

After knee replacement surgery I was given one pair of orthotic insoles by the NHS. As I wanted a second pair for another pair of trainers I bought these from Amazon.They are every bit as good (if not better than) those supplied by the NHS

I have been suffering with Plantar fasciitis and unable to walk without extreme pain in my heel. The moment I put these in my shoes I felt the pressure on my heel was relieved and I can walk comfortably. I can't praise them too highly. I have ordered 2 more pairs.
