Totally exceeded my expectations - super fine for detailed writing, lovely sharp vibrant colours, no duds or washed out pens (I was worried about this from some of the reviews). Best pens I've ever ordered and you can't say fairer than their returns policy!! Bright, value for money, wipes off easily, and perfect for wipe board use ☺️

I use these markers on a glassboard and they work well. Colors are all as expected, writing is defined and legible thanks to the tips, and don't smudge. Easy to wipe, no crumbling, no halos. My box was missing one marker so I contacted their customer service. They were EXCELLENT, which is very rare these days. They were friendly, communicated clearly, and resolved the issue in record time by sending a replacement directly with no fuss. This is my go to brand from now on.

great pens for whiteboards with a range of colours & 3 blacks. Unfortunately they're just not fine enough for my needs on my wall planner, but will keep them as good value for money & will get used on whiteboards

Great value and good quality pens.

These were needed for my work, writing on a custom laminated piece of paper and works extremely well. There have not been any concerns with this from my colleagues, and last for quite a while with heavy usage. None of them have ran out yet either. The ink is easy to remove using tissue, but every so often would need to use a proper removal liquid as the laminate does change to the colour being used. Highly recommend.

Nice quality. Good clear writing ink. Removes easily from board with dry wipe, ie kitchen roll.

Don’t dry erase for me- have to use a wet wipe to remove them. Pink/red/orange look virtually the same. The purple looks blue, and the two blues are very similar. Colours are vibrant and good sized tips

These Volcanics dry wipe pens are just right for my whiteboard. The fine tips make writing neat, and the colours are bright and easy to see. Best of all, they don’t have that horrible marker smell my nose is grateful! They wipe off clean with no annoying smudges, and with 12 colours in the pack, there’s plenty to choose from. If you want whiteboard pens that work well and don’t stink, these are a solid choice.

The markers are wonderfully magical and my little angle started to draw colorful arts and practicing her pre-school words. She fell in love with the white board and started to be very expressive of her thoughts in painting and writing new things every day. Thanks for making this amazing product.

⭐Kurzgefasst: Meine Stifte funktionieren einwandfrei mit einer Strichstärke von ca. 3 mm und lassen sich problemlos wieder abwischen. Verwischen allerdings auch recht leicht bei unvorsichtigem Gebrauch (Hand/Ärmel rüber = Strich weg). Dazu gibt es KEINEN unangenehmen Farbgeruch bei Nutzung. ⭐Langfassung: Mein Kind liebt Wisch-und-Weg Bücher. Während das Buch bei ordnungsgemäßem Gebrauch eigentlich ewig durchhält, ist der Stift irgendwann am Ende und da brauchte es natürlich Nachschub. So stieß ich auf dieses Paket mit 30 Stiften (je drei in 10 unterschiedlichen Farben) für einen fairen Preis. Bei Lieferung fallen direkt die ziemlich groß gedruckten FAQ's auf der Verpackung auf. # Stifte ausgetrocknet bei Lieferung? - Kontaktiere für kostenlosen Ersatz # Spitze nicht fein genug? - Volle Rückerstattung # Farbe zuhell? - Volle Rückerstattung oder kostenloser Ersatz # Bei Erhalt beschädigt? - Volle Rückerstattung oder kostenloser Ersatz # Entspricht nicht den Erwartungen? - Kundensupport anschreiben für Rücksendung Nun gut... macht ja Hoffnung fürs Innere? 😉 Auf der Webseite steht dazu noch folgende Anweisung zur ersten Anwendung der Stifte: # Vor dem ersten Gebrauch Schütteln Sie den Stift mit geschlossener Kappe kräftig für ca. 10 Sekunden. Dann nehmen Sie die Kappe ab und drücken Sie die Spitze des Kreidestifts mehrmals für jeweils ca. 10 Sekunden auf eine ebene Fläche. Pumpen Sie so lange, bis sich die Spitze vollständig mit Farbe gefüllt hat. Also den ersten Stift aus der Packung genommen, kurz geschüttelt und Schwupps schon wollte er losmalen. Die folgenden Punkte sind also scheinbar gut zu ignorieren. Auch die anderen Stifte funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Strichstärke entspricht einem dickeren Filzstift (also nicht diese ganz dünnen) es dürften schon so ca. 3 mm Strichstärke sein. Der Stift ist sowohl beim Auftragen als auch nach längerer Trocknungszeit leicht und einfach abwischbar. Heißt natürlich auch, beim Schreiben gilt es mit Hand und Ärmel aufzupassen sonst ist das Geschriebene/Gezeichnete ganz schnell wieder weg. Mit etwas Übung war das auch für mein Kind (4) gut machbar 😉 ⭐Fazit: Super Ersatz für Wisch-und-Weg-Bücher wenn der mitgelieferte Stift schlapp macht. Aber auch für Whiteboard und andere Einsatzbereiche geeignet. + Kein negativer Geruch. + Schöne Farbauswahl. + Rückstandslos und super einfach zu entfernen. + Erstattung und/oder Ersatz bei Problemen

I bought these markers in June 2024 after i ordered a different brand that had magnets on the caps because the price was good and didnt expect them to last this long. I have four children who like to write and draw, so we installed a large white board in our home to cut down on the amount of paper the children were using. Our children are between the ages of 10 and 3. These markers have held up better than I thought they would...every once in a while i put a set of all colors in the box out for our children to write and draw. Our 3 year old loves writing and drawing but doesnt replace the cap. Our white board is used every day, it is never clean(someone is always drawing or writing on there). So the markers are being used constantly. The ink is very vivid(sharp) and true to color and my children like to draw and write with different colors. The 5 star review is for the fact that these markers have lasted this long with 4 children granted it is a box of 60 and also the fact that after a few days when one of the children has showcased their work(doesnt want to erase until photos have been taken), they still erase very well. I came to reorder markers because I am down to the last set of 10 and didnt realize I last ordered almost a year ago. Today is 05/30/25 as of this review. I will definitely reorder. Thank you for making a good product at a good price.

Dried out after barely being used.

Bought these to use with my magnetic dry erase meal planner. They work great and wipe off well with just paper towel. Very useful that you get 3 black markers cos that’s the one I’ll use the most. Pro tip: if you accidentally use a sharpie, just completely colour over the sharpie with a dark dry erase marker and then wipe it all off. I needed to do this about 3x to get it all off. Now you can’t even tell! (It’s the Tuesday box)
