Complete resistance band set easy to use
Due to COVID we started working out at home to void the gym. This set offers us everything we need. We really like the wrapped bands to avoid snapping off. This is our second set, we keep a set in our winter home. Good quality

Durable and comfrtable
I have had limited use of these since I bought them (~12 times) and am happy with them. I took a bit of getting used to the over-wrap, but now that I have learned to adjust how I anchor these (normally under foot) I am fine with it. The handles are of decent quality and comfortable. I would buy these again.

I ordered this to further help my rehabilitation from rotator cuff and bicep repair and it's a great at home tool for this! I use a very similar item at physical therapy.

Perfect on the go
Perfect for home workouts!!! Especially during quarantine. It’s a great alternative to going to the gym while they are closed. Also, perfect for traveling. Fits in my suit case & I can workout in hotel room!!!

Very nice for accessory work
Great addition as warm-up and mobility. Liked that it comes with 2 sets of handles and straps. Makes switching bands easier For different resistance. Like doing superset of arms and flies.Added to my rack for rear flies and flies to warm up the shoulders.
