As it turns out, they were the perfect solution to a pair of heeled sandals that I couldn't wear because they weren't comfortable.Here's how that all came to be: I couldn't get over how funky these things look, because they are giant and clumpy and thick. They look durable enough to survive an apocalypse, and would you really wear those on your feet? When you just put them on, they feel like they could never stay on. They don't even look like the product photo, so I wasn't sure if I should cut off the toe part so my toes could stick out. I pulled out some heeled sandal clogs that are a size too large and put them on over these toe cushions.The toe cushions fit in the front of the sandal perfectly. You can't really tell there's a cushion in there unless you are too close and looking hard. The wildest, most unexpected part: My sandals now fit perfectly and my feet feel completely comfortable.
