I have installed all the lights in this pack. They install, work fine and look nice however. There is a fault in the dimming process.At about the 30 out of 100% brightness point the lights shift suddenly. So dimming up they noticeably jump from say 25% to 35% give or take. The same when dimming down. This is not a big deal until you put several on the same switch. Then the jump becomes a problem as each light jumps at a different time. The effect is not a problem if you move past this 30% or so mark quickly but if you are shooting for this point in lighting some will be considerably different from the others. If the switch can turn off and on without using the dimmer adjustment then it could be randomly different lights each time as well.I use the recommended switches and even changed to another option that was also recommended. The effects were still the same.On a toggle switch that is off and on only the lights work flawlessly.

I'm glad I purchased 16 of them for the space I needed actually 8 after trying them. I installed them in an 1940s shorter height basement and they are plenty bright. I checked the recommended Lutron dimmers and I have the Lutron Caseta dimmers, figuring the Maestro listed should be similar. They are not with these. These lights will strobe when trying to dim. They dim to about 70% brightness then beyond that you get the flicker with my dimmers. I have other LED lights that work fine in my Caseta world, but if you need dimming with Caseta in particular, these are not great for that. Beyond that, these are definitely bright, flat, very lightweight, turn on fast, stay relatively cool to the touch, and are easy to wire. Don't look directly at them! In a shop, kids room, or laundry these would do great.

My old halogen low-voltage lights were inefficient, heavy, and hot! These new replacements are brighter, cooler, and more efficient. Unlike other LED lights that provide a similar function, these had a built-in power supply and electrical box. Plastic, yes, but perfectly serviceable. The only item you need to provide is a wire clamp/stress relief to keep the Romex in control. Each light comes with wire nuts, but they are sized for only one #14 wire plus the wire from the LED fixture itself. Normally, this type of light is wired in parallel with many others, as was mine. As a result, you have to have two Romex 14/2 wires wire-nutted to each of the LED wires. You'll have to supply the larger wire nuts.

Worst lights ever.. specs said no flickering of lights but after 3 months of install all my lights flicker after an interval. the change in brightness is tiny and took me a while to realize that its lights and not my eyes playing tricks on me. very distracting to the eyes. I paid a licensed electrician to install these, paid to replace dimmer finally realized that issue is with lights and no other component.

Light output is surprising bright for it's size. I used these outdoors to accent the front of my house by installing them in the soffit. Fairly easy to install, although I had to use BX Cable to meet code and the stiffness of the cable somewhat fought the strength of the spring mounts in some locations. After a little adjusting problem was solved.

I absolutely love how bright and clear white these lights are. My house has all white walls and trim and these lights make it super white instead of the yellow cast; which traditional lighting gives you. The only thing I don’t like is they don’t don’t dim well at all :( some of them will turn off when I move my dimmer switch down just a little bit; while others stay on, it’s very strange! And yes they are installed correctly LOL

Purchased to light a portion of the basement being finished, with plans to use different types of lighting. We have now bought another box 'because they are that good' and we've only so far installed a portion of them. The light makes the basement feel like you are outdoors in the sunshine, that's a welcome reprieve from the pitch black space it was prior and other lighting not meeting our expectations. (The rating would higher if we had more experience with them...)

Pretty compact and does what it says. Easy to install. Wish they would include the push in cable connectors. They make sure that the connectors inside the junction box don't get pulled on when the wire is pulled externally. Also provided sealing of the junction box from spiders and other creatures.
