It took some hunting, reading, and googling for the right one and this is it.I have had UTI’s wearing a panty liners so I talking to my gynecologist, the organic panty liners are a soft organic cotton and does not cause that problem. So far so good!It’s worth the time to read and Google things.Happy with my purchase!!

No irritation at all. The only thing about them is they could be a bit longer since their description doesn't match their actual size.Overall, they're adequate. And, I will still continue to order them.

I searched for a pad that I could wear 12 hours a day with causing itching as I’m allergic to many of the commercial brands. I lucked up on Rael Organic and am very happy with the product.

I’ve used this brand for many years and have been extremely satisfied with the product. I live in a tropical environment and the pads are comfortable cotton and go a long way to keep you dry and odor free. However the last two times that I’ve gotten the pads the adhesive backing doesn’t stick…not even to cotton. Not at all. Needless to say, this makes the product uncomfortable to wear with it shifting.

I like that they use a cotton liner layer as top layer which is healthier for skin.
