Zoom suspension post
First, I was a little skeptical I was kind of in the negative side of buying it so I said to myself OK I’ll probably lose $30+ dollars when I grabbed the package I noticed it has some weight to it after I opened it I notice how well the Quality was so I immediately put it on the bike and went for a ride! First thing I noticed how smooth the ride became going through the same bumps. I go through every day when I go cycling, so I really thought that I was going to lose 30+ dollars of my hard-working money! But I was so wrong. This is an amazing product well engineered and the finish is amazing. I am very happy that I got this , riding my mountain bike now is smoother and more enjoyable. I’m really glad I got this would definitely buy again. Zoom makes a great product hands down and the price is excellent!!!! I think the finish and quality goes way beyond the price so I gave it five stars

This is a nice suspension post for a reasonable price. I got the gold and it looks pretty cool on my bike. I got to say a Suntour post is much better but more expensive also. the problem I had was my thick seat made it too tall for me so I though I would give this a try. This suspension bike tube work great with my thick seat and I can adjust it accordingly to fit my height. It has great cushion for this nasty bumps and you can make it firm or soft however you choose. So it a great option for a 3rd of the price. The only real problem I have with it is the adjustment for raising and lowering the front and back of the seat is kinda lacking a bit. It could use a couple more slots to be able to adjust it a little more. Thats pretty much the limitations of it for myself. If you need some cushioning for your bike and you’re on a budget this post is definitely for you. A good option at a reasonable price. Thanks Don

It was so stiff I didn't think it would work.
I bought a new ebike I really like, but after riding 5 miles I thought I'd bust a kidney. The saddle is comfortable, but lacking in 'springiness'.The one caveat is instead of one bolt to hold it in place there are 2. Probably a plus.A 12 mile ride proved it's worth. Even banging potholes the ride wasn't bone-jarring. Couplked with the saddle that came with the bike it makes for enjoyable riding. I'm not a light person. Over the winter I went from 217 to 227 pounds, and it works great for me.

Well Made, But I Can't Use It!
We have two high-quality bike's that we ride. The first was made by Dynamic (no longer selling retail, corporate only) that came with a suspension seatpost that makes the bike very comfortable to ride on the broken pavement that our city calls "streets." The second bike is a high-end Montague, with an 11-speed Nexus hub and hydraulic disc brakes. Unfortunately, it did not come with a suspension seatpost, so between the aluminum frame and 60lb-plus inflated tires it rides pretty rough here in town. Did some research and ordered one of DJC's suspension seatposts. The Montague's seatpost down-tube needed a 30mm post, and DJC was one of the few that offered a post in that size (by using a tube-shim). Very easy to swap out and install on the bike. The DJC is very handsomely made, using nice quality aluminum and steel materials, all finished very well. It offers the option to adjust how it reacts to bumps by way of a hex-wrench "nut" in the bottom of the post itself, which alters the tension on a compression cushion inside the post by way of a spring that's compressed by that hex-wrench nut. It's well-thought out, well-designed and well-executed. But we can't use it! Why? Because the DJC seatpost has a large "collar" at the top of the outer tube of the post that the upper part slides down into. This collar stops the seatpost tube from simply disappearing down into the frame tube, so it's a really important part of the seatpost. The collar stops the post by butting up against the frame tube at the "pinch bolt" of the bike frame (the part that "locks" the seatpost at the correct height for the rider). The pinch bolt collar is rather substantial in size itself (making it strong and reliable), so it's also on the tall side. This means that between the two collars (seatpost's tube collar and bike's seatpost frame pinch bolt collar) the seat cannot be lowered enough so that my wife can actually fit on the bike safely to ride it. Obviously, the original seatpost (non-suspension type) didn't have this limitation as it is simply a straight tube that will slide all the way down into the frame. This allows the seat to be lowered all the way down until it's sitting on the top frame tube. So why am I explaining all of this? I want to be fair to the DJC seatpost because it is a very well made and quality product for a great price, but it simply can't be adjusted low enough for my wife to use on her bike. This is a real shame, but it in no way should be considered a negative on the DJC component. We really wanted this to work, but unfortunately it isn't possible.

Good product and good service
Really adds comfort when riding a rougher bike trail. Supplier was very helpful in fitting the right post for my bike.

Just as necessary as a good mirror!
All these folding ebikes that have no rear suspension should come with this item installed by default! The build quality has held up to some pretty rough terrain and hitting a drain cover that was sunken almost 7 inches into the shoulder of the road ensured I was still able to sit down for the next week. Suspension factory setting was sufficient for me right out of the box; the shock absorption is adequate for covering the comfort aspect of having my first ebike that had no suspension. I got the black seatpost because I like the look of a blacked out bike. The post comes with an adapter to help get the perfect fit for the seatpost on your bike frame.Used on a Hitway BK10M; ordered the 33.9 mm version.

Okay
Good price. Easy install. A little improvement in the ride, but not as much as I had hoped.
