The knife came razor sharp and almost identically matched the knife I replace in my block set. It was sturdy, had decent weight and seems well made. It feels good in the hand and does what a French knife does. I could care about the sharpening sheath, as I sharpen mine with a steel but it’s a nice touch for people that don’t know how to use a steel

Great for cutting large dog biscuits into smaller pieces. Also, meat and vegetables. Stays sharp. Decent cutting edge for large vegetables.

Best chef knife for home use. It stays sharp because of sharpening sleeve. I bought a second for a gift.

My old one (partial tang) broke after10 years. And I didn’t know what else to get because I used that knife for everything. After doing a lot of research and not wanting to spend too much money, I found this one. So delighted! brilliant idea to have a sheath with a built-in sharpener! Great size. Feels nice in the hand. Very sharp and it makes cutting vegetables and fruit a pleasure. The sheath sheath makes it feel safe.

So far so good. I love this knife. It is very sharp and cuts like a dream. It’s supposed to be self sharpening. Time will tell on that. Right now couldn’t ask for more and especially right before Thanksgiving. Happy with purchase.

Excellent purchase. Knife is very sharp and the sharpening sheath is very convenient. Been using daily for 2 months now and have not had to sharpen with a separate sharpener. I also use a magnetic knife stand and I'm thrilled that even with the sheath on, it still holds to my block, so I do not have to store it in a different place. Very happy with purchase. It has nice balance, fits well in hand and looks higher end than the price would suggest. Recommend

I’m a knife person with expensive knives, and this isn’t exquisite quality. But….i have a friend with decent knives she treats horribly (SHE PUTS THEM IN THE DISHWASHER 🫣) and I wanted to be able to cut tomatoes at her house, so voila! Self sharpening, she can throw it in her drawer with the cover on and it’s ok…. So now I don’t have to wince everytime I try and cook at her house. They sharpen themselves, despite her best efforts to dull them

The knife is very sharp and easy to handle. It cuts roasts, chicken, and ham cleanly. The sharpener in the sheath always keeps the edge sharp. The knife needs to be hand washed, never placed in a dishwasher.

Mas, uma coisa também é real: Precisa ter MUITA atenção ao manusea-la. Não pode ter confiança, ela corta tudo mesmo. Meu marido cortou uma unha inteira usando ela, quase fomos pro hospital. Deixe num local seguro, longe de crianças. Ela não é "qualquer" faca. Outro detalhe: Há comentários falando mal dela, que ela enferruja - as pessoas nem sequer leram o manual 🙄. Essa faca NÃO PODE FICAR MOLHADA, senão ela enferruja. Ou seja, se você for o tipo de pessoa que deixa a louça secar no escorredor, esse item não pode!! Usou, lavou, secou e guardou. Sem choro. Além de tudo, ela é linda, cabo de extrema qualidade e com boa pegadura. Vale muito presentear com ela também. Comprem! Não irão se arrepender 👏🏻👏🏻

Was not sure what to expect but this knife is RAZOR sharp and a pleasure to use in the kitchen. I highly recommend it.
