**Q: Does this have a fan in it?**
A: There is a fan inside the dehydrator, in the innermost part of the case. It circulates hot air with a heating power of 500W to ensure that you dry food evenly from all angles.

**Q: what is the voltage?**
A: Ours plugs into a 115V A/C wall outlet 60hz

**Q: Problems with temp settings...when changing the temp, it varies between changing 5-9 degrees! For example...140 to 149 to 158 to 167. Any accuracy?**
A: Just received mine and came here with the same question! Totally defeats the purpose of the digital settings! It seems to work well (first run is in right now) but that's really annoying about the temperature setting. I specifically chose a digital display hoping I could select specific temperatures. Ugh, and returning this thing would be such a pain....

**Q: How long does the food last?**
A: The only thing I have processed with my dehydrator is apple slices. I did these back in September/October of 2020 and they are still good almost a year later. I would imagine it depends how the food is stored.

Wow!!!! So glad i took my time and did research as this has turned out to be a top of the line Dehydrator . The 12 trays have proved to provide plenty of capacity aprox 12" X 12" . The twin fans have proved to dry everything evenly you dont have to worry about rotating trays . The controls are simple to use . Easy Clean up. The trays fit nicely in a dishwasher! Very well built!!
