There is no damage to the box whatsoever so it was definitely packed broken and not broken in transit.But this had more than cracks and holes. It had wear and tear. It had scratches from use and was dirty in and out. I was honestly shocked.I have requested a refund and sent it back. (Will add how this goes)I've ordered off the Hoover website. It cost a little more because we had to get next day delivery as we are in dire need for one.
