Review: Perfect Replacement for Spectra Lhmp - Work great as replacement parts for my Spectra pump. I needed an extra pair of flanges and these got the job done. They are hard plastic, can be put in the dishwasher, and the only real difference I can see from the set that came with the pump is the neck is a bit longer. Additionally, sometimes you have to unscrew and screw it a couple times before it lines up properly with the bottle. These were a great buy and I would purchase them again if I needed too.

A: They are compatible, but not a perfect fit. I use them with the Kiinde Spectra adaptors and it's off just a little, but still works.

**Q: Are these compatible with the Hygeia Fit breast pump?**
A: I’m not sure. These are compatible with Spectra parts so if your pump works with Spectra too then these would work for sure.
