The picture for the product is different than what was shipped to me. I have been buying the Royal Central brand of filters for a couple years, because other brands to not always fit (too long). Upon opening the box I knew I needed to check the fit - and it did fit. The Royal Brand always comes in a brown corrugated box, the filter is in a plastic bag, and there are instructions. The product received was in a flimsy white box and one end had a slightly oily film on part of it.

Replacement part matched the original and was of good quality. Good price.

The price seems reasonable and it was easy to find on Amazon

My central vac was suddenly more powerful

So if you want to replace your own filter in your central vac and it fits it’s perfect. Don’t neglect cleaning your machine. If you don’t clean it it won’t function well. Or have a professional person come and clean it every so often.

Product was just as described. People using this went through Hurricane Irma and ae still cleaning debris. The filter was perfect for their in home vacuum, and the price was right.Homeowner insurance s going to ask me to order again. One minor drawback was that only one filter was able to be ordered at a time. This was a replacement for another filter, but they wanted a spare in case debris was sharp and damaged filter, but it didn't. Will definitely order again for homeowner. (I am his assistant)

Beware of the photo for the product. The photo IS an OEM part, but what is shipped is an "equivalent" replacement manufactured by someone else. If you don't mind a "pirated" replacement, then this is ok. However, if you want the Original filter part 8106-01, THIS IS NOT THE ONE.
