The rug is a lot lighter in colour than the picture suggests. To be fair its a cost comfortable rug but expect to receive a much lighter shade and zero responsibility or empathy shown by their customer services department. Rude, unhelpful and take no responsibility for false advertising

The item was purchased for two areas of the house, lounge and dinning. With all the new work down and bright colours we decided to order 2 of these rugs. However, after receiving it the colours on the carpet is darker then the one in the photos. Have requested a return and the robotic company replied saying " you must pay for your own returns", I think this is a business strategy of making sure everyone keeps the items purchased because the return is very expensive! The customer service is ridiculous and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

This rug arrived, and it’s exactly as advertised , I ordered the black tides version .Even though the rug does look lovely, it is extremely thin and the corners, still haven’t Lane completely flat after over a week of having it down on the floor.For the amount of money paid the rug is good value, however I would rather have paid more money for a rug the same style that was of a better quality and with a thicker pile .I can actually feel the underside of the rug, when walking on it as obviously the ‘wool’ has been very sparsely applied .All in all, if you want a rug that looks the business, then by all means bye, however if you want a rug that is going to provide more comfort underfoot or when lying on it avoid like the plague .

Lovely rug, nice & soft, but colour not as described, this rug has grey in it (See photo of it rolled) it does not fit in with my colour scheme, I was under the impression that it was beige, Ivory cream and a brown mix as no mention of grey. Only wish I had taken notice of the review someone else left regarding it. Also not the measurements stated hence why I’ve only given 3 stars plus the edge is folded over and glued! I did message and was told the rug is the correct item and I could return it as long as I paid postage which is pointless.

I had a bit of concern about this order given the apparent difficulties/costs with potential returns, colour disparity and a lot of generic single sentence positive reviews.Luckily for me at least, I needn't have worried. I ordered the 140x200 taupe and the colour is exactly as pictured, the length is actually 205, not an issue for me, but thought I'd note it.The underside / edges / stitching all look very robust and of good quality, the pile is soft, full and sits up at just under 3cm. I can't see it going limp or flat over time, but if it does I will come back and edit.

The media could not be loaded.  Great carpet, amazing value, I do love it but the colour is quite a bit lighter than the image of it shown on the sellers page which I wasn't 100% happy with at first.... but the lighter colour has now grown on me

The carpet isn't as described as its no where no near thick as 5cm. Asking for a return then they ask you to pay for returns costs when it their fault for incorrect advertising. Don't buy. Never seen a business treat their customers like this!

This rug feels of good quality and thickness. I have the terracotta and teal mix. It goes perfectly with my other carpets. Have it infront of the fire. Waiting for it to flatten properly as a bit ruffled in packaging. However, it's a beautiful colour mix.
