fun, well made
These little guys are great. Put then on the floor in your living room (if it doesn't have carpet) and these guys will shoot off to crawl under all your furniture. A great opportunity to sweep under the couch. Put several of then in an enclosed area and watch their actions. They seem to have personalities. I have some that like knocking others over and some that like helping others back on their feet. I don't have the habitats for these little bots, but I could see how these guys would love it. It is amazing (to me) how random vibrations seem to show movement with a purpose.

If you have a cat buy this now!!
My cat is so finicky with cat toys I've bought her so many but these little roach toys make her go crazy. Battery life SUCKS!! One pretty good smack with the kitty paw and it's done for. Literally bought this 4 months ago for half the price so definitely keep an eye out seems to be up and down.

Kids love these, some adults don't.
I bought these after seeing them at a friend's house. The kids love them. They have bug-like movements even though they are just battery operated. Beware how easily they get lost. Also, Aunt Mabel gets seriously creeped out by these, that's how real they seem. A little more expensive than necessary, in my opinion. Batteries can be replaced. Battery compartment is easy to open with tiny Philips screwdriver.

Corroded batteries
I bought this as a stocking stuffer but it doesn’t work. Upon opening it, we discovered the batteries were corroded

Read description carefully
I did not read carefully. This product is one hex bug. It is one of the more powerful ones that are available, I believe. I thought I was getting more than one. At any rate frequently when it hits a wall or other impediment it turn over on its back and has to be righted. Basically I’m not using it for this reason. I’m not happy with this purchase

Very fun
So much fun to watch. My cat followed it around constantly and kept playing with it after turning it off I just wish it didn’t keep getting stuck under things. It’s great for hardwood floor, but be aware that it is a little loud.

One bug… One Bug… only One Bug. Be careful.
Be careful. Read closely. This is only ONE bug even though the visual perception looks to be multiple.Too expensive for just ONE bug.

CAT'S FAVORITE TOYS
The media could not be loaded. Now, it's going to be hard to tell from the photos or the video because it's 5:30 a.m. She woke me to feed her breakfast so she's a little lethargic & also 11 years old. Usually naps after she eats so she's not very animated. They market these for kids & cats. Chewy & other pet stores stock them too. Amazon had a great price.I bought one previously that did not have the light in front. The two I just purchased are the black and green hexbugs.Sorry she's not more lively in the video. I feel lucky that she even tolerated the camera she hates the camera.Anyway I put them on that top as you see because otherwise you will find them or most likely not find them. They'll end up under your washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, in a random closet or down your back steps like I have.. I also added the feather tails. The original pink one had a tail on it but it was destroyed in less than 5 minutes. They're also easier to find when you have feathers attached to them.. I have bought her so many different toys popping plays and whack-a-mole styles or floppity fish etc. These she does not get bored of she looks forward to playing with them when I'm on the computer. You don't have to put them on a Tupperware lid but in a cardboard box will work too. Otherwise you will go through so many batteries if they get away. Batteries are not expensive but I've already gone through five in a week. The two I purchased recently with the lights are a little bit more noisy they jump around but it also helps to find them. All I could say is good luck! Anything for her for our fury faced 4-footed fluff balls!
