Works every time and I’ve been using this for close to 20 years now.
Only nose spray that seems to work for me and it is like clock work I know when it’s been 12 hours during the allergy seasons as my nose clamps shut again. Very dependable and non-addictive from my non-medical background. I always tell my doc the only thing I’m addicted to is breathing comfortably.

Best he congested available
I have been using this for years. It’s active ingredient. Is the best ingredient out there for congestion trust me I tried them all. This product works like a champion however, if you overuse it, it will have an opposite effect and you will become congested. Then you have to stay off of it and wait a day or two. But that’s the nature of this medication. ENT doctors don’t like this spray, but unfortunately, aside from surgery. This is the only real option. You have to learn how to manage it overtime. But I use it nightly so I can use CPAP.

I am not able to use this item. It came in wet and the bottles were empty. I have bee using this for years and I am very disappointed. I hope that I can get a refund or replacement.

How well it works.
This works very quickly and well for me. Works better than most other OTC products.

New formula
I used to use Nostrilla a good bit several years ago...mostly during the allergy seasons. It, for me, was what always worked best amongst all the nasal decongestants. Now they changed the formula, it appears. The new formula seems a bit milder on the nose than the old Nostrilla but so far as I can tell works well and it truly does seem to work for a full 12 hours.
