Working well

I just got my pump to drain my 20 gallon aquarium and I cannot believe how incredibly well it works! It took all 20 gallons except about an inch of water on the bottom out in 10 minutes! Maybe even less lol... Super quiet and I cannot believe how much less work it was for me then the other ways I had tried. I was only using a 4 gallon bucket to fill and dump So after I initially started the pump I am plugged it so it would stop running the water into the bucket but that doesn't happen... Once the initial siphoning of the water starts you can unplug the pump and it will drain the whole tank without it being plugged in it was incredible! I am recommending this to anyone that has 20 gallon tanks are up and telling all my friends 😁

Works really good until it does not work. Had this well over a year, weakly use to pump 20 gallons per week. Tried other brand looked nearly the same. That pump lasted a couple times. Going back to this one.

Works well for emptying large aquariums.

This product works very well. I use it to clean my turtles tank because it is difficult to lift. It makes it a breeze. The only thing I needed to purchase aside was a small hose and it has different size attachments so that was not an issue. It's not very loud at all, a good price, and it flows well. Works great for the size and would buy again.

I purchased the 660 and subsequently needed to buy the 260 for my 100-gallon pond. The 660 was TOO powerful. The 260 almost is, but it works if it dispenses in the water. From a spitter above the water, it's too much for my lotus flowers. I love Vivosun. I own many of their products

I used this one time to try and clean my fish tank (no substrate, aka no gravel or sand or anything on the bottom that could get stuck in the pump) and it never turned on when I went to use it the second time. There was no reason it should have stopped working, because i ran it for 30 minutes the first time, unplugged it and took it out of the tank and stored it in a dry place under the tank stand, and came back 3 weeks later to do another water change, and the impeller wasn't turning when the electricity went through it. Never ran it dry (never plugged in when the pump was out of the water). Don't waste your money. By the time I tried to use it the second time, the return window had closed

We have a small patio fountain that came with a pump. The pump failed and I bought this to replace it. I knew this pump would be larger but I wanted to get a higher volume pump and also I liked the idea that this was a bottom dead pump. To get this to fit, I had to remove the aqua cover. The good news is, the cover is simple to remove and does not provide any real purpose other than the handle and possibly protection from if you drop a rock or something like that on the pump. I wasn’t worried about the accidental damage and found the pump to be more discrete without the aqua colored cover. The inside is all black and completely sealed. My favorite thing about the new setup is that the fountain can run almost dry and the pump keeps on going since it only needs about 1/2 inch of water to run. The previous pump required about 6 inches of water because the intake was on the side and was mounted much higher. One additional change I had to make was to add a filter since this pump does not really have a pre-filter. I went with a mesh bag purchased here on Amazon and added bio balls to the bag, also purchased on Amazon. This setup works much better than the small pre-filter that came with the old pump. The water stayed much clearer this summer.

Just arrived and I am very happy. I’ve been using a manual siphon to clean my turtle tank and pick up settled gunk, and water changes (150gal) it took a lot of time. I used this pump for the first time and it took a quarter of the time to get every spec of gunk and to drain the tank. Hose/piping not included but already had some and it came with different hose adapters and one of them fit perfectly. I will say that if the gunk is to big it gets a stuck and won’t go past the propeller, but I unplugged it removed the gunk and worked great again, took 30 seconds, not to big of a deal for me. As long as it keeps working I’ll keep giving it a 5 star

Does what it says on the label. I like that it came with several adapters. I wish I'd gotten the slightly faster one for draining the hot tub, but this is much better than gravity.

Nada recomendado, se descompuso pocos dìas despuès de instalarlo y ademàs medimos el caudal y da menos de 400 litros por segundo, totalmente engañoso.
