Very quickly went to mush it needs to come out at exactly the right time

Nice pasta, better than supermarket gluten free stuff. It can get a bit slimy during cooking but it helps to drain in a colander and then pour clean boiling water over it from the kettle to rinse afterwards. A bit expensive for everyday use but nice for a treat.
