Good for pain relief
The wife has a bad hip and would not sleep without it , we keep two for change over ie wash times

It's a good product but not sustainable for use.
I bought my wife this knee pillow she used it for a week and hasn't used it since so for me it was a waste of money .Regards.

Helps my Hip
I have a hip issue and in bed was a nightmare as sleep on my side the pain was really bad at times stretching the bad leg over the good to sleep , so i thought would trey this, I found it easy to get where I wanted it and the amount of gap seems ideal to stop my hip flopping down and I really have noticed an improvement, I sleep better do not move about as much and some days i used to get up in agony but this seems to be helping that too as now get up and the pain is not as bad, really pleased I got this it will certainly help till get my operation , just wish it had a spare cover to wash but thats no issue really love it.

Does the job and easy to pack for going away but at home I still find a folded pillow the most comfortable.

Perfect for hip alignment ***
Having had a hip replacement less than a year ago and a recent dislocation . I have had to be very careful with my sleeping alignment and I hadn't been able to lay on my side for a long time , UNTIL I bought this cushion . I am not wishing to misguide you on your individual suitability . However I am sleeping safely and comfortably on my side and managing to alternate which side without risking further problems for myself . THANK-YOU !!!
