The lights are bright as advertised and easy to install

These are insanely bright. So much so that as we first started putting them in some of the shop employees complained it was TOO bright. They basically double the light output of a traditional tube. Additionally, since they are directional, light is not directed elsewhere, but only "down" by each of the two strips. (This makes the reflectors on the fixtures look a bit strange if you look directly at them, although that is somewhat uncomfortable.)I've now reordered these several times as we continue to convert panels throughout our shop. I love the nice, even white light that these provide. It is great for panel shop work.

I love the discount you get when you purchase 25 of these bulbs. I am using them in my storage areas. They are way brighter than your old florescent lights. I would say you can get these installed in under 10 minutes with a pair of wire strippers, wire nuts, & diagonal cutters. Always check to see if the power is off!! The negative goes to one side and the positive to the other. So it will not take you long. Remove the old ballast and recycle. No more humming and flickering. Each light can run independently so you can see how bright you want to go. I would give this 6 stars!

Brilliant white illumination. Very Bright but not glaring-- significantly better light than the fluorescents they replaced. Conversion was not difficult with a simple, straightforward rewiring. 4* for now until they demonstrate the longevity which is what leds are really all about. I'll check back in a couple of years when their durability is confirmed.

We bought this light for a woodworking shop in a retirement community. Old eyes need bright lights. These lights replaced standard 34 watt fluorescent tubes. The light level is much improved, as bright as daylight. Color temperature is excellent for seeing detail. We used the existing fixtures and removed the fixture ballast. Worst part of the project was working off a ladder on a 12 ft ceiling. These are the brightest lights we could find.

These are by far the brightest luminaries with which to replace fluorescent tubes. You do have to bypass or remove the ballast, which isn’t very difficult but takes a few minutes. Make sure you get the color light you really want. I put these in my workshop and also in storage closets. I put warmer color tubes in my kitchen and laundry room. The package I received had no duds, they all worked. There were two or three that did have cracked ends but they worked. I wasn’t about to send the whole box back because of this. Hopefully, they will all last the millions of hours they are supposedly guaranteed. All in all, I love LED lighting!
