Awesome HEALTHY Pancake in a cupppp!
I love pancakes and eggs and I get the urge to have Pancakes at least every week. Instead of me hitting up a Pancake house and going all in with a 1,000 calorie meal at IHOP or Waffle House, I decided to check Amazon and see if there were *healthier* options. Kodiak Instant Pancakes is now my JAM!!!! I never knew these existed!!! I like the fact that these Pancake cups are Whole Grains with 10 grams of protein. All you have to do is add a bit of milk or water, microwave for a cook time of 1 minute (I microwave more for 1min and 10sec...just my personal preference) and that's it! I mix mine with almond milk and the end result is delicious!! The added protein is icing on the cake for me. Eating one of these cups daily helps me to meet my protein intake goal. And when I want something sweet, and want a bit of carbs and fiber, I can easily reach for these FlapJack cups. I'm happy I found these because they satisfy my craving in a more healthy and nutritious way. For people who are looking for a healthy *portioned* out single serving of a Pancake, this is it! Just buy it already! These FlapJack cups arrived on time and well packaged. I'm about to order another 12 cups! I eat one everyday.☺️

One of my favorite convenience items I subscribe to.
These have been a life saver the past few months. I work as a paraeducator in a sometimes volatile SPED classroom where I don't always know when I'll be able to get a lunch break. But I find eating breakfast really difficult as I'm not hungry until I've been awake and moving for a while. These are easy to toss in my bag and make on the fly while I brew a quick cup of coffee in the breakroom around midmorning when I'm finally hungry and we're settling into our routine. I can buy them locally but I prefer subscribing so I get a 12 pack once a month at a better price-per-cup and have them on hand. You can easily use their regular pancake mixes and water in a mug to make a good equivalent and sometimes I will if I want to throw some fruit or nuts in too. Overall, a little heavy on the sugar content if you're watching your sugar intake but they taste great and are a fantastic on-the-go choice for a hot breakfast at your desk option.

Quick and easy!
These are great on their own, but I have to nuke the standard mixture for about 75 seconds in my microwave to cook all the way. Can't complain at all really. Lately I've been adding a half-scoop of some whey protein powder stuff I have and some extra water and time to make super-protein cups. 25g of protein instead of 10g, plus it still tastes good.

let it rest for a couple minutes for best results, great product, high cost
I love this flavor and the whole product line is absolutely wonderful. These are helpful for my grandson (who suffers from BPD) on days where he is too depressed to make a meal or breakfast. They have lots of protein, fat, some carbs and calcium which if you use milk instead of water only gets better in terms of nutrients and protein. We use oat milk and it comes out great, we love the oat taste with the oat flour in this product. We were so happy to find them available in packs of 12 online cuz they are so expensive and annoying to buy in stores individually. Awesome product overall, just wish it was cheaper but for the quality and great convenience of it I don't mind paying.

Good when something else hasn’t been spilled on it
So I ordered 2 packs of 12 of the buttermilk maple cups. I’ve had this product before and have had no issue with it; hence why I ordered so much of it. However I have only ordered it through the Kodiak site itself or purchased at the local grocery store. One pack tasted completely normal. The other: like freaking dryer sheets. My husband and I just thought something was wrong with us or covid had effed up our tastebuds or whatever. But…when I asked him I was like “yo, did this taste like laundry detergent?” & he was like “yeah I thought I was losing it”…so something must’ve occurred in the warehouse or whatever. Expirations we’re fine. Texture and consistency were normal. The one case just legit tasted like laundry detergent or dryer sheets smell.

Very Happy I Decided To Give It A Try
I just received my order yesterday so this morning was my 1st breakfast with the Kodiak Flapjacks. I've been off & on with the Nutrisystem diet program. I stopped that a few months ago as the weight loss I had wasn't worth the $250.00 I was spending every month. I have a problem with portion control so I'm looking for alternatives to the Nutrisystem foods. My sister lived her life on the Atkins Diet & always used the Kodiak products & it worked for her. In the grocery store it was more expensive than I could afford. I just happened to run across it on Amazon & the cost was more within my budget so I decided to give it a try. I ordered a case of 12 for breakfast along with a case of 12 Atkins shakes to use for lunch. The flapjacks were great this morning~~I was pleasantly surprised that it was so good. I made sure it was mixed good~~the powder sticks down on the bottom so be sure to get it all mixed with no lumps & don't use any more than the 1/4 cup water (or milk) it calls for. I didn't use any syrup or any add ins & it came out perfect after 75 seconds~~I allowed a little more time as I have a 900W microwave. This case of 12 will last me nearly 2 weeks so it's very affordable compared to what I was spending on Nutrisystem foods. Now that I've tried it I'll order more in different flavors to have a variety. I'm very happy I found this as an alternative.

It taste bla to me
This came packaged well. All my containers were in there. It’s defiantly a quick breakfast or snack. I followed directions and felt it cooked correctly. It was ok for a quick breakfast or snack but I didn’t really care for it. The taste was just bla to me. I even added sugar free syrup and still didn’t really like it. I calculated the points for weight watchers and it’s 10 points for the container. I should of checked into this more because defiantly not worth it. I don’t even think a regular pancake is this many points on ww. Hopefully I can pawn the rest off to a family member. I’ll make my own. lol

Easy fast delicious
These pancakes are the best thing discovered on our quest to add more protein to our daily diet. The athletes in my household will use this as a snack in lieu of protein bars (when I am out of them) or as a quick breakfast item. I like to add fresh fruit like banana to the maple syrup pancake mix. And it’s convenient only takes a minute to cook. Just gotta make sure to follow the instructions And Not put too much water. I wasted a few packages that way.
