This door attachment is very sturdy. I use it with my blue bands (that's the 50lb one) and stays right in place. As for the door if you install it correctly there won't be any damage to it because you're also using the door frame as support

I originally purchased this with my Lifeline Resistance bands. I wanted to order an additional one for a back-up. Lifeline only carries a sturdier and longer anchor on their website. This is what I wanted.

This is a good door anchor with a band protective sleeve. It's very light and compact, but the loop is quite small, and it might be too short for some doors. Please, see my review of the Bodylastics band set

Great product!

Actually this might be a very good product but it didn't work for me because the anchor is too thick for my door and did not work for me. The doors I have are too light to withstand the pulling required for a workout. It might work on a heavy door or on a support beam.

I was mistaken and thought this wrapped around the hinge of a door. Instead this slides into the jam and you close the door to hold it in place. Still works well, just wasn't what I was trying to order.

Would be a 5 star if the anchor was longer
