Used to top a sofabed that was very hard. Made it much more comfortable to sleep on.

Due to illness, ( I was keeping my hubby awake with my coughing ), I banished myself to the spare room, which has a double metal framed bed with metal tubular slats and I soon discovered just how uncomfortable it was. So the next day I bought this topper, with crossed fingers, hoping it was better than just a padded mattress protector. I unpacked it and it felt quite thin so was a bit disappointed, however, I left it for a few hours unrolled on the bed and it felt a bit more fluffy afterwards.I of course bought the double size, which just about fits. It has thick elastic hoops at the corners to attach around the corners of the bed, which seem quite substantial. The next night I really noticed the difference in the comfort level of the bed and I think it would have been even more comfortable if the mattress was on a divan or even wooden slats rather than the metal tubes. The topper didn't shift in the night and I must admit I toss and turn like crazy so was impressed that it stayed put. So glad I bought this topper real value for money

Not very thick at all. I would spend a bit more on a thicker one. We bought for our Motorhome so will make do. If I’d have bought it for my house I would have returned.

Fits well and smooths most of the bumps and hard bits in the mattress

It is very comfortable and for the price its cheaper than most hiend shops.
