Permatex 25238 The Right Stuff 1 Minute Grey Gasket Maker, 3 oz

Right stuff is the best gasket maker out there. You can use it in a few minutes and I have not ever had it leaked.

Got this to use on rebuilding my locking hubs per someone's recommendation. Used what I needed to and put away, came back later to use on sealing the transfer case and the tube/applicator still worked great.

This stuff sticks better, hardens harder and faster and seals better than the standard stuff. If you need to put back in service immediately this is what you want. Its strong enough I have seen it repair a cracked engine block water jacket on a boat whereas the engine is junk otherwise. It can holdback coolant pressure!!! Excellent stuff

I replaced the transmission filter and broke a bolt. I retapped the hole and the precut seal leaked. I replaced the seal again... it leaked. My last ditch hope to stop this aggervating leak was Permatex 34311 The Right Stuff Grey Gasket Maker... This stuff really is the right stuff. It stopped the leak instantly. I have read other reviews for this product saying that it doesnt allow you enough time to apply it and get it on the vehicle before it set. To that I would have to say I had no problems. My car is an import so it literally has 20 bolts to hold the pan on and I had no trouble with it setting up before I was done. I would reccommend this to anyone and everyone. It does cost alot more than other gasket makers but it is well worth it to not have to do it over.

Used this on my transfer case for my 1993 Jeep Wrangler. The product worked great, no leaks and dried quickly but the dispenser function was finicky that is why I only gave it 4 stars.

Used on a transmission gear case seal. No fluid came out, easy install. what else is there to say, buy this if you need a quality sealant.

I've been working with machinery for nearly 70 years and this is the best sealer I've ever seen. I've never had a failure using it. I no longer use replacement gaskets unless they're the o-ring type. As a humorous added bit of information, I actually repaired some tears in the seat of my bulldozer with Right Stuff 7 or 8 years ago and its still perfect.

Great as always. I use this for every timing cover I do because I don't want to do it twice because of a leak. I still let it set up for a few hours before hand though.

Sealed up my MX5's oil pan with this stuff.
