On the contrary, I was happy enough with my first one that I ordered both a second as well as some joggers from the same range. The material is "reclaimed" so it's not silky soft, and it's also not terribly thick so if you get cold easily you'll need to layer up. However, for a casual hoodie to wear around the house, at work, walking the dog, etc then it's perfect. Seems pretty hard-wearing so far and is comfortable, being loose enough for free movement though not baggy.
