The media could not be loaded.  We love this. We had it mounted on a 3/16 steel plate and then attached to the trailer. It has been the most convenient attachment for our trailer. The remote control really is tops for this wrench. We will probably be buying a few more of these for our other equipment because what you get for the value is most important in equipment so as this. We do lots of equipment moving and as you can see in the video it does an outstanding job. One of our BEST purchases ever on Amazon.

This works well, and if you can figure it out on your own it's easy enough to install. The problem is that the instructions are really vague, there are only a few diagrams in black line drawing, no detailed or video available online.

In the first few days... It appears to be a great product. All item were in the package a advertised. Placed them on the workbench and all items operated as specified including the remote. The only thing I can say at this time is that the mounting plate does not fit anything I have. To mount it on 2023 Kawasaki Mule SX, I decided to put 2" trailer hitches on the front and back of the UTV. This was also a finding and fitting exercise. I mounted the Zeak Winch on a hitch adapter with a steal mounting plate, and this is working fine. I can move the winch to front or back of the UTV, and have the options of the trailer hitch on the vehicle. I will update in the future if necessary.

I hope the company reads this review and makes this right.I bought this in March of this year.Right away I noticed the wireless remote was intermittent (even after replacing the battery). But wasn’t that concerned about that feature, so I didn’t contact the company. I use this wench to add tension to a tree as I fall it. Just tension, by no means am I trying to pull it over. Furthermore I am using a rope between the tree and the winch that only has a “working load” rating of 297lbs. So it would break well before the maximum load capacity of the winch. I have used this wench for a total of 7 times at the most. Today while in the process of prepping a tree to be fell, I had already added a little tension to the line, when suddenly the tree shook and I noticed the line was slack. I then noticed the spool had unwound. I checked to make sure the spindle was locked it was. But now when I engage the motor it makes a horrible grinding sound and will not pull in any notable tension. It is as either the gearing or the motor has disintegrated inside.I am really unhappy with how short of a time span it lasted, especially how relatively light loads I kept on it. (For the record, I did abide by the listed duty cycle as the instructions say). I take care of my equipment so it will last, but this wench did not.If the company can make this right, I will return to this review and edit accordingly. However, as it stands, I am wishing I had bought a Harbor Freight Bad Lands wench over this one :(

I ordered this winch to operate a snow plow for my Yamaha Rhino. Initially, the winch would not release, so I notified support. They contacted me within 24 hours which surprised me, and the instructions worked. The winch has worked seamlessly ever since. good winch and works as described. Ted.

Works ok but not strong enough.

Couldn’t beat the price for a 3500 lb Winch. Had a problem mounting it, but got it to work. I would buy it again

Ignore my previous review about remote switch problem. Seller contacted me with clear instruction on how to activate the remote switch and everything is now fine. Great product.

J’ai déjà écrit à Amazon pour demander d’obtenir une nouvelle télécommande car celle que j’ai reçu n’a jamais fonctionné, j’ai acheté de nouvelles batteries en pensant que c’était le problème mais rien ne fonctionne. Mon choix c’est arrêter sur ce treuil principalement en raison de la télécommande mais comme j’ai mis 4 heures à en faire l’installation je n’aime pas l’option de la retourner au complet car c’est encore beaucoup de temps pour l’enlever.Merci de simplement m’envoyer une nouvelle télécommande. Je peux vous envoyer seulement la télécommande au besoin sans problèmeMerci de me revenir
