***UPDATE***I have had this machine about 7 months now and have just started noticing huge water puddles under the machine when I add water. This is disappointing as I only use this machine about 3 days a week. I never leave water sitting in the machine, idump ant excess water out, after each use. Up until this point, the machine has been wonderful.I will start off by saying how skeptical I was to buy this product. There were no reviews and according to the description, it has been newly released. After looking at so many machines and doing research and reading numerous reviews, i decided to give this a try. I truly wanted the Ninja but after reading countless reviews about the "5 beeps of death", paying almost $200 and not being guaranteed a life expectancy of more then a year, i just couldn't commit.This machine really caught my eye, it has the capability to do coffee, tea, cappuccino's and latte's and even has a milk frother built in, all for a fraction of the cost compared to other machines. It is a one cup machine which is perfect for me since I'm the only one in the house who drinks coffee or tea. The drip tray is adjustable so if you're using a coffee mug, you can raise it to prevent mess. It comes with a coffee screen cup for coffee grounds, a tea 'basket' and a K-Cup 'basket'. All 3 of which sit inside of 'basket' holder.I have yet to use the tea setting but you can do regular tea OR milk tea. I have used the coffee and latte button frequently and am impressed. The machine is a little on the loud side when frothing the milk but totally worth it. Your drinks come out very hot on both settings! The clean up after using the frother is a bit time consuming. You have to wait for the spout to cool off before removing it to clean. Simply remove the spout and rinse out after each use. After every use, be sure to dump the excess milk out of the tray, rinse it out and fill up with water and run another latte setting so that the water can run through and clean out any left over milk. Once that is done, dump the cup of water, let the spout cool, remove the spout and milk tray, wash both then take a towel or wash cloth and wipe out the hole that the milk comes through.The 'baskets' are a breeze to clean, just lift the top off off the machine, take the basket holder out, remove the basket and throw out coffee grounds, tea or kcup and wash the basket.It does NOT come with a recipe book like some of the other machines with similar function do, which is something that I truly wished it came with. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and for the price, it was totally worth it.It has only been about a month since I started using this so I am hoping that I still love it 6 months from now.

I replaced my Keurig for Sboly ONLY because of my love for Cappuccino. Wow! I am extremely please with my investment. This Product is a 6in1 machine (makes Coffee, Cappuccino, Latte, Foam, Tea and Tea Milk) and it does a great job! Very easy to operate with just one touch of a button. Liquid is VERY HOT (be careful when brewing). Like Keurig it takes both K-cup and ground coffee (suggested) with filters for each. As for tea, I use regular tea bags, placing them inside the tea leaf holder. The foam consistency is perfect. This product was worth the purchase. I was ready to spend $800 on a Cappuccino machine. Also, this saves me time from going to my nearest Starbucks on the way to work. The only complaint I have is having to wash after use. Oh, and the noise complaint when brewing.

I am an admitted coffeeholic, or more precisely latteholic LOL.. I have had a few different machines over the years that have failed or were just a pain.. I took a chance with this machine even though the price scared me, as all my others have been well over the $200 mark. This little machine takes up less counter space is so easy to clean and the froth is unbelievable!! It has been running for almost 3 months now at least 2-4 times a day with no hiccups.. The worse thing I can say is occasionally I have had to soak the froth arm in vinegar to clear it out when it starts sputtering, but that is on me as I sometimes run out the door without cleaning it after using it.. I LOVE this little Sboly!!!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This thing is amazing, it makes great coffee in so many different ways.We have had it for about a month now and still have not been able to try all the different ways to make a cup but we have tried K-Cups and tea along with he milk frothier and everything works perfect.The machine doesn’t leak, its easy to clean and I just simply love it! I am on a mission to fully discover all the ways to enjoy a good cup of Joe so stay tuned for any update in a month or so

Just received this coffee maker yesterday. So far it seems well constructed and delivers a nice cup of coffee with the option of dispensing frothed milk either Cappuccino STYLE or Latte STYLE. However, I don't consider it capable of true Cappuccino or Latte if the coffee delivered is not actually Espresso, which requires water pressure. So I decided to deduct 1 star for that ambiguity. However, Keurig also uses the Latte and Cappuccino terminology for their drip-style coffee makers so Sboly possibly just followed their "lead".UPDATE: Machine stopped dispensing water after a couple of weeks. Returned it and demoted to 1 star...

I love this coffee and frother maker! I own a regular name brand k-cup maker but, now I want to replace it with another one of these! The flavor is completely different when just making coffee. I use the same k-cups in both and I am amazed at how much more flavor the Sboly has then my current model. The frother is fabulous and I'm hooked! Great machine, well made, easy to use and affordable. My only wish is when they come out with an upgraded model, they have an external water reserve with a larger water capacity. I truly recommend this gem!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Used it a couple of times to make smoothies. In the video I posted I prepared a banana smoothie (one banana, sugar, milk and an ice cube). This little machine worked flawlessly and got the drink ready in about 15 seconds, completely crushed the ice cube. Follow the instructions and start it upside down so that the blades start spinning without resistance. Extremely easy to clean. Another big plus is that it comes with two bottles. Charge it immediately after each use and do not let it sit discharging for too long or the batteries will lose charge. It uses a 5-volt cell phone charger so it is very practical and great for traveling. Highly recommended.
