Disappointed
Poor battery life and the sleep tracking does not work. Disappointed. Not good value for money

Only works with fairly new tech
I was given one of these at Christmas to replace my Fitbit. Unfortunately the Flow Sync app does not go to far back in terms of the iOS that it supports - this meant my 4 year old Ipad would not download the App and neither would my slightly older Iphone. I then tried to download the software on to my mac - no real info given as to which versions of O/S it is compatible with, but needless to say the software did not work on my mac - it downloaded OK, but would not recognise the watch, and neither would the watch connect to my mac via Bluetooth - so in summary this seemed to be a total fail as my Tech was all approx 5 years old. Without being able to connect to an app I don't think the watch has much value..
