This was smaller than I expected. I guess I should have pulled out a ruler. However I've been working it in various capacities to temper and mold and scrape chocolate and it has been durable and great so far.

This does make us easy to scrape chocolate in to the moulds as expected, but the way the handle connects to the scraper means it retains water during washing. This means additional air drying is needed to ensure 100% dry. It also makes me nervous about trapped debris in the handle. I’d have preferred it to be solid and moulded. Lost points for that I am afraid

もう1サイズ大きなスクレーパーを使っていたが、少々大きすぎて使い難かった。今回のサイズが自分には丁度あっているようでとても使い易くて気に入っています。

Excellent for easter egg making or any chocolate work in molds.

チョコレートスクレーパーとして使いました。チョコレート型に流し込んだチョコレートの、余分な分を落とそうとしたところ、型も削れてしまいました。刃先が鋭すぎて、型まで削れてしまいます。プラスチック製に買い替えようと検討中です。
