Does the hair tangle?

Yes really bad. My daughter shampooed the hair to free some of the tangles & it got worse. I don’t know if the hair is old or what but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Can you apply heat to the hair without damaging ?

You can not! It burns the manicans hair
