I've been using this Zinc supplements for more than 6 months. The tablets are small, taste is ok, and the price is affordable. Recently they changed the cap design so it is no longer flip top cap, not a big deal but I do miss the old design.

These tiny little zinc tablets are easy to swallow. Personally find zinc to be effective in fending of viral illnesses and bad breath. IMO Nature Made provides effective products at a very reasonable cost point; USP label.

Since i started taking these a lot of my skin cleared up and I have a stronger immune system now I love it I’m buying some for my family too
